New Kitchen — Restaurant in Bridgeport

The first time I ordered from this place all I got was the General Tsos and it was amazing. But the problem is that was only for the first time back when they first opened. I don’t know what they have been doing since. But, if you order the general tsos it tastes like refried batter with no chicken. Just sweet batter coating with grease. There won’t even be nice sized pieces it’ll be all tiny popcorn size pieces with honestly maybe 5% chicken. It’s disgusting and that was the only thing decent on their menu as everything else’s taste is subpar. I thought it could be a mistake the second, third, fourth time around but it honestly just kept getting worse. Last time I called them and they didn’t say much before hanging up on me. We ordered the delivery. This was our second time trying it the first time it was disappointing, but I thought maybe it was new or something and I wanted to try it again and it was even more disappointing. This time we ordered three combo meals, although my husband enjoyed his Shrimp with lobster sauce or other two meals were tasteless and really had no sauce at all. It was so disappointing. I will say that the crab Rangoon was the best I’ve ever eaten and that sauce I cake in my refrigerator because it is delicious. I also got wonton soup which unfortunately also had no flavor. I order from here a lot. When I call n I order my food they never ask me for my address or phone number because they know exactly who I am being that I am a regular. Only thing that gets me upset is when I order chicken wings. When i place my order for chicken wings I will say may I please have an order of chicken wings NOT cooked hard/crispy and before the call ends I remind them like 2 more times. The minute I go to tear up my food I change my mind and lose my appetite cuz the chicken wings are crispier then a fresh new white tee.
