I've been patronizing this place since it opened. It used to be good. now? Quality control SUCKS! I'm specifically referring to the drive thru. I know management has shifted over the years because it wasn't always like that. It seems that mgmt is more focused on their numbers as opposed to customer service. I literally had to wait more than 10 min in the line and there was NOONE ahead of me!!!!!! This is NOT a one off situation either. this has been since march of this year, happens at least 3x a week. I already sent an email to the district manager and she gave me a giftcard! I could give a damn about a giftcard!
FIX THE DAMN PROBLEM! Hire more people, get the staff better training. It wasn't like this years ago. Don't get me wrong- there are days when it is smooth- but that's when the OG staffers (the ones that have been there for years) are running it that day.
Bottomline the level of service is inconsistent. Management either doesn't know what they are doing or doesn't care. AND you're losing business because ppl are literally driving off because they are tired of waiting. you're Effing up a person's morning with these shenanigans. Forget about writing a special message on the effing cups- get your process right and then we can appreciate the little messages- if a person has to wait 10 freakin minutes BEFORE they order then told to wait to pull up (which is only to appease a corporate benchmark- that will give you a false cust service score) do you think I care about you writing '"have a good day" or a freakin smiley face on my cup ??? NO- I want my Effing coffee!!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! AND DARE I SAY IT- IN OTHER LOCATIONS (BETTER ZIPCODES) I DON'T HAVE THESE ISSUES. Do you not care about the ppl in the community in which you serve? GET it together! listen to the OG staffers - maybe they know something about customer service that you don't to make it run smoother. I'm pissed and I'm tired of this mess. Don't send me any links to fill out ish! don't want any giftcards to "smooth" it over- what i want is for you to FIX the...
Read moreI spend way too much $$ at Starbucks for their so called Manager Armando to deal with my order like total crop. 04/09/25 I ordered a brown sugar shaken expresso with strawberry foam ontop. At the window I was given the drinks with the foam mixed in. I asked for them to fix it. The cashier took back the drinks. Then came back and said they cannot remake it lol that was so funny to me because I thought they are for the customer. So, I asked for a refund. Armando then came at the window a gave me a refund since he was the store manager, I assumed he was the one that ordered not to remake my drink. He gave me a refund without an excuse to why not a remake. He gave me the receipt also with a nasty atitude and dirty look per usual. I am not even suprised they make anyone a manager and that store needs a lot of customer service training. Bad example for new employees. I paid for almost $10.00 isn't up to par they are supposed to remake it. I have never been turned away from any other location but store #22995 has got to be the worse pertaining to customer service after all the money I spend there I will never go back there if Armando is on shift he needs to GO!!!!!!! He needs training!!!! He needs a whole lot to be on the front...
Read moreNOT a quick stop. The lobby is always closed and the drive thru line is usually 8 cars deep (which, around here, usually takes 5-10 minutes at any other Dunkin or Starbucks, but at this location, you can expect to wait up to 30 minutes for these baristas to make the 7 orders ahead of you.)
Staff here is just plain rude. Baristas never understand how to take an order properly, and seem to make it your problem when they don’t know what you want. The manager at this location needs an attitude check. She reacts to business issues as if customers are personally attacking her.. just wanted to understand why the lobby was closed, no need to raise your voice at me! I’m sorry you’re plainly stressed out due to lack of staff, but… you’re the manager. It’s your job to fix that.
Literally, just drive away and go to a Dunkin instead. You will STILL get your coffee twice as fast even if have headed to this Starbucks location first, are sitting and waiting in the drive thru, and have realized it’s taking too long (which is how you’ve found this review in the first place.) Just drive down the road to Dunkin instead. Trust me, I’ve done this four times...
