Subway — Restaurant in Bridgeport

3/18/23 don’t go all day without eating,and go to this place at 8:00pm! From the time I walked into the door I received attitude from the lady,like she didn’t want to wait on me! I decided to get the Philly,immediately I’m told I have to get that sandwich with only what comes on it,unlike any other subway I’ve been to,where I have been asked if I want what it comes with or something different 🤔 So if I can’t get that sandwich with a few jalapeños on it,I will just leave. So then I get serious attitude from the lady,and I say I’m going to report her,she says good luck with that,it’s a subway rule that I can’t get jalapeños on that sandwich. Honey ,I just left when I couldn’t get what I wanted,I’m going to report your attitude that just escalated even more😬 Oh! I’m not done with this situation 👍🏼 No wonder they can’t afford to turn on the parking...

The woman employee was rude and then finally a guy came out with a cart of bread. After they continued to ignore us, the guy shoved the cart through the door to the kitchen and then took our order. The woman showed up and checked us out. We had to find a table that had been cleaned off, then taking our subs out, found only one napkin. My husband went up to the counter to ask for some napkins, but the three employees were not at the counter. They were in the kitchen area loudly bantering with each other with one of the women cursing over and over. I have been in numerous Subways in various states and this is the first time I have not been pleased with the service and the behavior of the employees; very juvenile and rude behavior. I visited this subway this evening at 5:00pm. Two young men were working. Only bread available was wheat and flat bread. I had to ask 3 times for more lettuce on a sub. The boy said the manager told them they had to cut back on the lettuce for sandwiches. I also ordered 2 salads, one grilled chicken and one steak. He didnt even heat the meat up or ask if I wanted it heated up.

This Subway used to be decent. I'm not sure if it's changed owners or what, but I won't be going...
