This will be a long review. But the moral of the story (for those who don't care to read our experience of this is establishment) is DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and drive 15 minutes to the red Lobster in Chesterfield. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Red Lobster. It was SO dirty in there I almost left as soon as I was seated. There was a 30 minute wait, with 50 percent of the tables empty ( and filthy ). We sat down and our waitress, Jackie, came by after 5 minutes and let us know she would be with us shortly. She had 3 tables including ours and was closing one of them out. The people at that table were audibly upset about something- they left and she walked back to the kitchen after rolling her eyes at me ( visibly annoying at the upset customers). I thought maybe she needed a minute to compose herself after that interaction. 15 minutes later and she FINALLY takes our drink order. At this point her (one) other table is eating. It still took 10 minutes to get our (two) drinks. All the while I'm just staring at the filth around me.
Half of our food was cold. But she did have it remade- after asking if I wanted her to go get manager with the attitude of a 15 year old girl who had her phone taken. Mind you, I knew she already had a sour taste in her mouth from the previous upset customers so I was extra soft when explaining our food was cold.
We ordered the pick 3 shrimp & Snow crab legs.
No crab cracker/ extra plate for shells/ wet wipe - nothing to be able to eat the crab was brought until several minutes after the crab was brought to the table. In my experience we've always been brought those things well before the food shows up.
All the while I'm still staring @ the same 3 dirty empty tables. For the entire almost 2 hours we were there. The floor ( not pictured) also had trash and food.
The corn street shrimp was absolutely disgusting. That has nothing to do with them and everything to do with me trying new things - sometimes you just don't like it.
For $100 we should have had a better experience. We will never be back to this location and will opp to drive a few minutes down the road to Chesterfield for the experience we are used to. I highly recommend you...

We couldn’t ask her to take our food order with the drink order because she was quickly walking off. And sped off for the remainder of service; we were telling her to wait. Came to our table every 30 minutes. Food took an hour to come out⏰! Now for the LIES. 🤥We ordered the boils. The garlic and old bay. Both of ours were spicy. I stopped the server and asked her what did she ring up? She repeated the flavors. I told her mines tastes spicy did she put a spice level in? She said no. I showed her the menu and how it was an option she said she didn’t put spicy in. I didn’t eat and then asked to speak to a manager. 10 minutes later the manager comes and tells me “they gave me what I ordered the server said I ordered spicy!!!!!!!🌶️ So the server lied to the manager and she lied to me🤥 !!!!!!! I said no to the managers offered remake and grew upset by the fact the server lied. She also got an attitude with us when we asked to add sausage. She mistakenly said we can have it for free, thinking we asked for sauce, but we were trying to pay for it from the jump and had no problem paying for it when we brought the missing sausage to her attention but we were greeted with an attitude. We weren’t the only ones complaining about the same server taking forever. The couple across from us wanted to leave and were upset by how long the food took to come out and didn’t want the food anymore… the server quickly swiped their card. And when my food came I didn't get my mash potatoes w sour cream she came back with a baked potatoes.
