I started my order with a "number 4 combo" aka the classic crispy chicken sandwich with fries and a drink (my friend wanted just the sandwich, but I was getting saucy nugs which didn't come with a meal, so we were going to split it). Anyway I say I wanted the combo Joshua asked "what to drink"? I tell em, he asked "anything else", order my nuggets and go up that window to pay. But it's just my drink and the nuggets on the receipt. I had to state the issue to Joshua several times and I still feel like he never quite understood the issue and I'm not sure where the communication barrier was coming from, we both seemed to be fluent in English and could hear each other.... They ended up giving us the meal free which I'm not sure why, I guess to get me out of the drive thru. But they never apologized for the miscommunication, the manager never said anything to me, just very strange and our food was cold after all that. Read moreI took my son there and I had a classic chicken sandwich while he had a double hamburger and my chicken sandwich was the driest I have ever seen a sandwich of that type and tasted burnt, my guess is that it was left under a heat lamp for way too long. My son's double burger was cold as well. The tables were dirty as well as the floor, they did have a woman cleaning the tables who was nice, she smiled and said hi to us but the rest of the employees seemed not to care about their jobs very much, slow to take our order even though there was only two other people in the dining area and the drive through was not busy. For the price they charge it should be far better than this, actually for any price the food was terrible, barely edible but I was in a rush so we just ate and left. Read moreI ordered a caramel frosty swirl last week from the Rock Hill, MO Wendy's. It was delicious (frozen with a decent amount of caramel in the swirl). Today 5/14/25, I decided to try the strawberry swirl from the Bridgeton Wendy's. Huge mistake!! The employee in drive thru mumbled something about a 10-15 wait and left the speaker abruptly. Decided to go inside (another mistake!! As I approached counter, several unhappy looking employees said not one word ...No hello .. No be with you in a few minutes .. Nothing.
