I understand nothing is free however when we went there we had a deal that was sent to a buy one get one free where we were charged $36 for two entrees and one supposed to be free which means it should be $18 however we were discounted for 12 not 18.
The wings were so cold and did not have enough sauce on it was just a try.
Because of the rising prices I understand things get it expensive but they now charge $1 for the dressing that they give which is ranch or blue cheese with the order. I always thought as part of the order because you got to have sauce to have wings with. Previously they did not charge maybe we missed it because we didn't go to Buffalo wild wings for the last 2 years. They serve celery or carrots with that which didn't even serve. Cutting back on providing food quantity and raising prices is not the right thing to do, That's actually double dipping.
They should make sure that they print loudly on the menu stating that any dressing you order will be charged for and customers will not get upset and write this long review. I paid my bill and walked out but my kids Even said we should not go back here again The service wasn't fun, the food was okay, So can we go somewhere else next time? This is coming out 9, 11, 13 year old kids.
Very disappointed and will make sure that we will not be visiting this place again or recommend anyone else.
By the way the tables in the chairs are too tight where people behind you their chairs used to hit ours and it was just horrible. Few tables where the parents got over their kids even apologize because how tight the tables were set up.
Hope they can improve the service so they don't lose...
Read moreCame here with 2 coworkers after a long day of work hoping to relax for a few and eat. Got there at about 12:30 Sunday night and sat ourselves in the bar area like usual. We waited at least 5 minutes for someone to approach us (regardless of the two or three employees standing around doing nothing...) After being greeted we ordered and the food arrived promptly to our table. Not even 10 minutes after we got our food, our server comes over and says "Hey guys, would you mind if I brought over your check?" Meanwhile, the staff had already turned off the music, turned off all the TVs, and LOUDLY started stacking bar stools right next to us. As if this wasn't enough reason to be annoyed, out of nowhere we heard someone yell "We're closed!!! Time to get the f* out!!!!!" ...I wish I was kidding. Feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome at this point, we quickly paid our bill. We confronted the manager on the way out (who should have come to us first but didn't.) He says: "I addressed the situation, that guy doesn't even work here." Yeah...right. The manager did not apologize to us or offer to take anything off our bill, nothing. He seemed completely uninterested in trying to better the situation and seemed like he just wanted to go home. After feeling rushed through our meal and being blatantly disrespected, we left. Coming from someone who works in the restaurant industry, I'm understanding about a lot of things but this was unacceptable. I would have rather walked in and been told that the kitchen was closed. Oh yeah and to top it all off, my wings were cold. I wish I could leave a...
Read moreFirst of all, you had no hosts at the front door and I waited 5 minutes to be seated by a waitress who brought us to the bar area after checking seat availabilities just for it to be full. She made no mention that the QR code on the table which was covered up by other stuff was where we could get our menu. After a waitress came up we were able to order our drinks and get a look at the menu. We got our food and that was fine at first since we got an appetizer. The waitress who sat us down was pretty rude with throwing some napkins on our table after that. We ended up sharing a burger and asked for a knife to cut the burger because all that we had were prepackaged plastic utensils. It is hard to believe that you suddenly don't have any real utensils even as you transitioned to all takeout. Obviously your chefs need real utensils. Also, y'all haven't been take out only for a long while. It is insane that you don't have any real utensils in the entire restaurant.
Eventually, about 10 minutes after we got our Burger, we were treated to a butter knife which we didn't use. I know that you are probably working pretty hard, but it's only a Monday night. I would be sad to see the service that customers are given on the average Saturday. This was extremely disappointing and y'all either need better staff, more staff or both. If I am paying as much as I am for overpriced pieces of chicken then you should be able to provide some level of service which...
