I understand nothing is free however when we went there we had a deal that was sent to a buy one get one free where we were charged $36 for two entrees and one supposed to be free which means it should be $18 however we were discounted for 12 not 18.

The wings were so cold and did not have enough sauce on it was just a try.

Because of the rising prices I understand things get it expensive but they now charge $1 for the dressing that they give which is ranch or blue cheese with the order. I always thought as part of the order because you got to have sauce to have wings with. Previously they did not charge maybe we missed it because we didn't go to Buffalo wild wings for the last 2 years. They serve celery or carrots with that which didn't even serve. Cutting back on providing food quantity and raising prices is not the right thing to do, That's actually double dipping.

They should make sure that they print loudly on the menu stating that any dressing you order will be charged for and customers will not get upset and write this long review. I paid my bill and walked out but my kids Even said we should not go back here again The service wasn't fun, the food was okay, So can we go somewhere else next time? This is coming out 9, 11, 13 year old kids.

Very disappointed and will make sure that we will not be visiting this place again or recommend anyone else.

By the way the tables in the chairs are too tight where people behind you their chairs used to hit ours and it was just horrible. Few tables where the parents got over their kids even apologize because how tight the tables were set up.

Hope they can improve the service so they don't lose...

Came here with 2 coworkers after a long day of work hoping to relax for a few and eat. Got there at about 12:30 Sunday night and sat ourselves in the bar area like usual. We waited at least 5 minutes for someone to approach us (regardless of the two or three employees standing around doing nothing...) After being greeted we ordered and the food arrived promptly to our table. Not even 10 minutes after we got our food, our server comes over and says "Hey guys, would you mind if I brought over your check?" Meanwhile, the staff had already turned off the music, turned off all the TVs, and LOUDLY started stacking bar stools right next to us. As if this wasn't enough reason to be annoyed, out of nowhere we heard someone yell "We're closed!!! Time to get the f* out!!!!!" ...I wish I was kidding. Feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome at this point, we quickly paid our bill. We confronted the manager on the way out (who should have come to us first but didn't.) He says: "I addressed the situation, that guy doesn't even work here." Yeah...right. The manager did not apologize to us or offer to take anything off our bill, nothing. He seemed completely uninterested in trying to better the situation and seemed like he just wanted to go home. After feeling rushed through our meal and being blatantly disrespected, we left. Coming from someone who works in the restaurant industry, I'm understanding about a lot of things but this was unacceptable. I would have rather walked in and been told that the kitchen was closed. Oh yeah and to top it all off, my wings were cold. I wish I could leave a...

First of all, you had no hosts at the front door and I waited 5 minutes to be seated by a waitress who brought us to the bar area after checking seat availabilities just for it to be full. She made no mention that the QR code on the table which was covered up by other stuff was where we could get our menu. After a waitress came up we were able to order our drinks and get a look at the menu. We got our food and that was fine at first since we got an appetizer. The waitress who sat us down was pretty rude with throwing some napkins on our table after that. We ended up sharing a burger and asked for a knife to cut the burger because all that we had were prepackaged plastic utensils. It is hard to believe that you suddenly don't have any real utensils even as you transitioned to all takeout. Obviously your chefs need real utensils. Also, y'all haven't been take out only for a long while. It is insane that you don't have any real utensils in the entire restaurant.

Eventually, about 10 minutes after we got our Burger, we were treated to a butter knife which we didn't use. I know that you are probably working pretty hard, but it's only a Monday night. I would be sad to see the service that customers are given on the average Saturday. This was extremely disappointing and y'all either need better staff, more staff or both. If I am paying as much as I am for overpriced pieces of chicken then you should be able to provide some level of service which...

We place orders for delivery through Uber Eats 2-3 times per week and the ONLY time we ever have difficulty is at Buffalo Wild Wings. The 3rd time we went here here we ordered 5 items and only 3 arrived. One of those 3 things that arrived was a Cobb Salad shown below that looks like it was picked out of the dumpster. I first noticed the pickles were missing and was given a refund on line. When I called back to complain about the missing tacos and the salad, BWWs blamed Uber Eats so we are on the hook for this. Again, I order from Uber Eats ALL THE TIME and the 3 times I ordered here were the only 3 times that those orders got messed up. I'm reluctant to post this and admit I went back here 3 times - shame on me - but brace yourself for disappointment if you go here. The Buffalo Chicken Wrap was very good but SO not worth the grief!!

They shut the place down for a few weeks for what looked like a major overhaul. Went in and wss thoroughly disappointed. Whoever, did the planning didn't get the memo about the fading old projectors. They added a few new Tv's but left the massive old projector. They could have done a video wall and made it a super cool viewing experience. They also added a wall at the entrance that now clips whatever 360 view there was. The food is fine. Nothing new. They missed an opportunity to create some excitement. Update from April 23, 2022. Food is fine. Service is very good. But holy cow. 21 of the tv monitors were off? Maybe a slow sports night with 1 baseball game and 1 NBA game but seriously BWW. You have one job after making wings. Very much improved. Food is back up to standards.

Awesome sports bar for drinks and food. It even has 'Reverse Happy Hours' for late night eaters which starts at 10pm. Normal happy hours end at 7pm (you might want to double check that). It has a variety of drafts and snacks. I really like the wings they serve. They offer a variety of sauces which have a range of spice levels going up to 'blazin' which is extremely hot. The servers are very friendly, smiling and helpful. There service is great, the place is clean and we'll maintained. They have ample parking space and is well connected to both Rt22 East as well as West. It is a great place to hang out with friends, have some drinks, eat some snacks, watch your favorite sport and just have a good time. A must go place in my opinion. :)
