The owner clearly doesn’t care about his business. My family Of 3 ordered to eat In before the rush. We waited 15 mins and then an additional 5 since they got our order wrong. So we sat in horror watching the nightmare that unfollowed. Taco Bell I would like to ask you a few questions...
Why do you hire staff that leaves the registers to get drinks every 5 mins? Why do you hire staff that leaves there post every 5 mins to check there phones? Do you like paying people to break on the clock and make customers wait? Do you like that they stand around instead of help out when there are 15 customers inside, waiting at least 22mins to receive their order?
Maybe you think the drive-thru line should be a 40min wait instead of 5 or 10mins...I mean it’s not like your customers are ordering from a “fast-food” establishment. Maybe offering disgruntled customers a free drink for their kids while waiting, or a coupon with an apology for being so disorganized isn’t your thing.
Do you think the girls behind the registers should clean off tables or stand around with there hands in their pockets... for the times they are actually behind the register? Do you think the manager should be present at the start of this chaos or come from the back to help after 35mins when he finally realizes somethings wrong?
Take my advice folks; If you want fast food- go next door to KFC,...

They cheap out on the edges and the sauce is less on some pieces. It is not corporate, it is this specific Taco Bell. Other Taco Bell’s are better. Sadly it is not worth the drive to the other one. I will keep an eye out and change the review if due necessary.
The burritos are a bit small, but I think that is corporate. Not individual Taco Bell’s.
Edited: Couple of months later, they did it again. I ordered extra beans and the put almost no beans in one Mexican pizza.

Made a order on mobile. 7:45pm. Went to taco bell drive thru (waited 45minutes), they told me my order does not exist. They told me to come inside. Doors locked at 8:30. I slip in after someone leaves at 8:45pm. They try telling me to leave and to go through drive thur. I tell them about my mobile order. They cant find it. I reordered my food on app. They told me my order did not exist after 20 minutes. Another 5 minute later they told me I double ordered and if I wanted both or one. I told them i wanted one. Waited another hour. It is 9:45pm. I just want to leave, but i am committed to taco bell. I get my food, i go home. everything is wrong. Tory is an absolute joy to be around, he never fails to make me and my girlfriend smile and he always remembers us any time we stop by! He keeps the energy up and the atmosphere positive and that means EVERYTHING. I have never gotten better service in a fast food establishment and we come here so often now. EAT AT BWATER TACO BELL YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!
The incompetence of this place never fails to amaze me. Seriously, if you’re looking for taco bell just take the drive to hillsborough. Good luck if you’re paying with cash cause you have to wait 5+ minutes for anyone to even look your way, then longer still for someone to come to the register. I understand there’s a coin shortage but if you have absolutely nothing there should be some warning or sign on the register, don’t let a customer order then tell them if they don’t pay with exact change then they need to round up because you have no coins. I come here very rarely but nearly every time the order comes out wrong.
