Good morning from Lester "Smitty" Smith well I'm giving them🌟🌟 Stars, experience I had yesterday was very terrible not once but more than twice at that location on Franklin Avenue in Belleville. I got up early feeling fine I said I sure could go for some breakfast food and I'm not going to go in detail but I knew it wasn't 11 it was roughly 10:30 I only live minutes away got in line which was long as usual I got up to the screen board almost and I saw Ray Dawn lunch menu so without me staying in line and getting to the window and they tell me we're on lunch I got out and went to the main window I said hey how come there's a lunch menu up there if not 11 the person Shug their shoulders like to say and so what do you want me to do at that time I asked where's the manager he said I am the manager was a young fellow and at that time I said what's your name would not give it to me I said you wouldn't like if I told McDonald's how you're treating your customers and it's not 11:00 and you had a lunch menu up and at that time I looked at my clock and it said 10:50 I was so upset lost my appetite I just had to give them this notice to let them know how bad you don't treat customers cuz word of mouth is your worst enemy are promoting the business and let me tell you it's not the first time I had problems they're always try to give a place a second time buying experience so we can improve their self McDonald's they need help and I looked at the reviews and a lot of people are complaining about that location and let me tell you🌟🌟 is a blessing and that's just for the way the building looks pretty decent I know it's a long paragraph but I just had to get this off my chest and before I came in that time I make it real short and sweet line long again before this happened yesterday to me same location I stayed in line long line as I said got the pay at the window and it was a little sign it said cash only I was burning up but I put it behind me you're lucky they got me to come back signing off this time still mad Lester "Smitty" Smith be...
Read moreSo my complaint is 2 fold ... I mean how ridiculously petty has McDonald's become that when you order a beverage with no ice you don't get a full cup? If I come into the store and have to fill my own cup with a beverage should I leave an inch of room at the top of the cup because I didn't put ice? I can have as many refills as I want in the store but I can't have a full cup of soda at the drive through? I received my cup of soda from the drive through and there was 1.5 inches of soda missing. I looked at the guy and said "sir, excuse me but where is the rest of my soda." He responded with " you asked for no ice" I said " yes medium soda no ice, I didn't ask for a small soda in a medium cup". He looked at me as if I am retarded, rolled his eyes, and took my cup to fill it. Which even then I didn't get a full cup. There is more soda wasted with over pours on a daily basis but you guys find it necessary to not fill the cup to the top because the customer would prefer no ice? Like... Come on now! Is this honestly a new policy? If so that is really pathetic.
The second issue is, I ordered a 10pc nugget meal with fries and a beverage. In addition to that I ordered another 10pc nugget. Your asinine policy is 3 sauce packets for a 20pc nugget. However, I didn't order a 20pc I ordered 2x 10pc. Your policy is 2 sauce packets for a 10pc which would be lead to believe that the 2 sauce packets are included in the price for a 10pc nugget. So I ordered 2x 10pc nuggets and paid for 2x 10pc nuggets, I should have gotten 4 sauce packets of which there was only 3. I again asked the guy "sir, there are only 3 sauce packets and there should be 4. " He said you have a 20pc nugget." I said " I have 2x 10pc nuggets so it equals 20 pieces of nuggets but I ordered 2x 10 not a 20pc nugget. You don't offer a 20pc nugget meal. Read moreTerrible drive thru African-American old lady didn’t ask for name because it doesn’t matter. I worked for fast food for 5 years 2 of them at a McDonald’s never worked or seen a rude person like her. Every time I go get food she always has nasty attitude. At first I thought maybe she had a bad day so I let it go but no every-time I go she always has an attitude. Until my last visit when I placed a mobile order on Tuesday night. After the speaker I went to the first window waited for her to finish taking another customer order and when she turned around facing me I asked her I have the mobile order should I go to the second window she turns her face around giving me her back and start point for me to move forward literally without talking or saying a word just rudely started waving her arm and I said “Excuse me what does that mean I am speaking to you you should speak to me back” I told the shift manager but of course there is only so much a shift manager could do maybe tell her to calm it down but I am speaking to the owner and corporate now. this is extremely rude and unprofessional it’s not her first time so you can’t tell me it is. Please fix it she doesn’t belong at a professional working place. I lost my appetite that night and I ate my food cold later. I’m not asking for an apology or for a free meal because that’s what I used to do when I was the assistant manager so I know how the system works. I’m simply asking for you to tell her to fix her attitude because customers don’t come for her to give them attitude or to FIRE her because I bet I am not the only one that she had given attitude to because my friends go there too and told me about her. I’m never gonna stop go to a McDonald’s because McDonald’s is the best but please I need my appetite to be there and not lost because of a rude person when I am the nicest person.
