For starters, I was new in the area and wanted to try something new and help support a small business. I walked in and was not greeted. There were three employees one at the register, another one making a salad, and the last employee on the grill. All three employees looked at me and not one of them smiled and or greeted me. The lady at the register was on the phone frustrated and seemed irritated of a new system they were using. I took that into consideration, however it did not excuse the other two employees. I waited a good 3 to 5 minutes for her to get off the phone and she asked me if it was to eat at the restaurant or takeout, she never once offered me a menu. I asked for a menu she provided me one and then I allowed her to take another order who was standing behind me. When I was ready I provided her with my order. She explained to me that she would take my order out. When my order was ready and brought to me to my car, she did not bring me a receipt, napkins, or the Pepsi that I had ordered. I had to request for my Pepsi. Another employee brought out my Pepsi and at that time I did not want to be rude and request my receipt or napkins. The tomato on my burger was like A quarter inch thick and it was hard to bite them to my burger. I tossed the tomato otherwise the burger was all right, my french fries were not cold but also not nice and hot and crispy. They were limping warm. For being a new customer in a restaurant it was highly disappointing. All I have to say is since your cashier was not wearing a mask, a smile goes a long way. Also being greeted helps people oversee the other flaws that companies have. Please make your employees happy so that they want to be happy while working. Also please train them to give a receipt and napkins with all to go orders. Lastly, please cut the tomatoes into thin slices so they’re easy to bite through and doesn’t take up the flavor...
Read moreThis was our first visit to the restaurant. We should have known it was going to be a bad experience when we were greeted at the door with "do you have a question?" rather than "please pick a seat" or "someone will be with you in a moment." It didn't take long to order (that was one of two positives...the other being the food quality)...but we sat for more than 25 minutes following the order before the meal came. This was not a real difficult meal either. There was no apology of explanation for the wait. I had ordered curly fries rather than regular fries with my meal and the waitress noted there would be an upcharge (the difference in price listed in "The Sides" was less than 50 cents). I agreed to the upcharge. When we were finished with the meal, the waitress came with the bill, then ran off for an additional 10 minutes to rectify some problem with the bill...again with no explanation. The final bill was $3 more than it should have been because I was charged for the full price of the curly fries rather than the difference between the two items of 50 cents. If you are going to charge me full price for the curly fries then I should have also received the regular fries since they were included in the price of the sandwich. I didn't believe that this was the fault of the waitress, so she still received a gracious tip. If you are just looking for good food, and don't mind a long wait, and can watch out for unwarranted upcharges, then this is the place for you. Unfortunately, I care about those things, and I doubt if I will return. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice,...
Read moreHeads up, we did not try the food. This review is just about the service. We came into the place with 3 toddlers and a baby. Very overwhelmed and tired from a long morning of kids play. Hungry and ready to eat. 2 of our toddlers had watered down lemonade from another place. The server informed us that they do not allow outside food and drinks and that it is written on the front sign. She wasn't pleasant in telling us, but wasn't rude either. We try taking the drinks away and of course they instantly start crying. We tell them to take one last drink before we throw them away. As they are taking their last drink, the lady comes back and in a fit tells us that they can't be drinking the drinks here, other people will see, there's a sign on the door, etc. She was very rude and unkind in the way she was speaking this time. This place is not not kid friendly nor accommodating. So we went to the restaurant next door and had a fantastic time with very friendly and kind waitresses plus fast and...
