Generally decent experience here. I have had my 2019 Tahoe in a couple times for service in the past. Brought in a 2009 Hybrid Tahoe for "Service Hybrid System" issues and told them I had a new hybrid battery put in and they said it would need programmed. Towed the vehicle down there and they programmed it with no change. They informed me it had 7 codes indicating another issue. Not sure why you wouldn't check this before proceeding without verification. I was then informed they don't have a Technician capable of diagnostic on electrical systems and that we are dead in the water until their tech decides to come back or not. I'm now expected to either continue to wait another 4-5 weeks in hopes their tech comes back, or pay my $400+ bill and tow it to the next dealership who is properly staffed. I don't understand how I'm being charged for something that did absolutely nothing. If they had pulled codes, they would have seen it had other issues that obviously would need addressed before proceeding. Stay away from here. Have heard alot of people have been having issues and leaving. I can see why now...very very disappointed. Especially because I went out of my way to tow this 3x the distance to diminion instead of LaValley.
EDIT-Response to the review reply: I already tried talking to your service manager and he kept shutting me down telling me we are done here. Unfortunately that's the issue. You guys aren't capable of finishing the job yet expected me to pay a bill and just have it towed out or wait more time. It's going on what? 2...
Read moreWe visited from South Bend to see a specific car. Despite having called ahead earlier in the day, the vehicle was not ready for us (they didn't even know where it was). The car, while used, had a cracked tail light and some scuffs that were not visible in the pictures online. There were cobwebs on it, and there was a partially smoked cigarette behind the fuel door. The people there didn't seem that interested in selling us a car. We were ready to buy, and would have bought that car if those minor, correctable issues were resolved. The gentleman we were working with (I believe he was the owner or GM) didn't ask us to show him the spots where we concerned, just said that he would look at the next day and call us. We never received a follow up phone call. As stated before, we would have purchased that car had they put maybe $300 of prep work into it, but they didn't seem interested. To be clear, this wasn't a dispute over price. We didn't even get that far.
Bottom line, I wouldn't go back. I give them two stars, because the location was easy to find, and they had the car on the lot. They weren't rude, just disinterested. The decor of the shop was very dated and looked nothing like you would expect a modern dealership showroom or office to look like. If you are looking to purchase a car, I'd consider other dealerships in the area before making a visit...
Read moreDo not go here for anything!! My bf and I bought a truck with a dead battery, it was supposed to be replaced before we took it home for some reason no one did so we both missed work because the dam thing wouldn't start, let me just say there wasn't a lot right with the truck. We traded that in 6 months later for a nicer newer car. It had new tires on it but when the associate drove it to go get gas he came back with a gash in the tire and rim which we didn't notice til we got home and when we called they said we did it. The car needed an oil change two days after we bought it, the associate offered to do it for free, cool right? No! They put the wrong flipping oil in! Now that's on top of filling our paperwork falsely for another state, wanna know what they said? Drop your insurance, switch it to that state then change the paperwork at the bmv then drop that insurance and go back to the other. That is illegal if you didn't know. So again, never go here for anything! I'm sure I'm missing stuff they did, they should not...
