HCM Warehouse — Local services in Bridgman

If I only could give this place a -10 ,,,, haven’t had a table and chairs in over a year. Seen a table and chairs that worked perfectly for our family at HCM. Talked with the guy behind the counter that I need to go down the road and would return In 10 minutes .. he said no problem, it is yours “I promise “!!! I returned it was gone he sold it !!! He told me that his manager sold it to another person, and chuckled that “ can’t you find another one? When I confronted him about his promise he blankly looked right through me..just horrible worker and manager...

Well I am sorry to say but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. We were on vacation and doing some shopping around and found this place online which looked to be a good place, but we quickly found that it wasn’t at all what we expected. When we walked in there were about 4 older men who were behind a counter who didn’t even acknowledge us when we talked to them and in-fact gave us a dirty look. The place was extremely dirty and smelled miserable! I wouldn’t waist your time going here… there are definitely other shops where you can find used goods at...

So not come here for help I'd you are truly homeless and wish to use the free clothes section. I sign out every single time like you're supposed to but the heavy set guy always screams at me to get back there and humiliated me like no other EVERY SINGLE TIME. I am struggling.
