Taco Time — Restaurant in Brigham City

Where should I start..... Well.... Everything went well until I got home and looked at my drinks... The food was good and my first trip went well.. I got home and looked at my kids drinks. They were supposed to be root beer. The kids cups are clear, and the root beer was practically clear too.. No big deal, the syrup runs out sometimes. I take my drinks back to let them know and get my drinks fixed. I tell them and sit down to wait for new drinks.... And wait.... And wait... While I am watching like 4 or 5 employees walk around and play in the freezer. Finally someone fixes the root beer and let's me know that I can fix my drinks... I CAN FIX MY DRINKS.. I had to walk over and pour my 4 drinks out and refill them. I have worked in customer service my entire life and if I ever messed up on something, I fix it myself. I would never have a customer do it themselves. They definitely need to teach their employees about true...

My husband went through the drive thru not once, but TWICE, because our order was wrong. The first time they gave him chicken tacos instead of beef tacos that he ordered, and forgot the crisp bean burrito completely. Then, he went back and they made chicken tacos AGAIN and he corrected them and they finally made the right ones, but they gave him a soft bean burrito, not even the crisp one we asked for and ordered. So finally he called and asked for a refund, and they informed him we would have to go back a THIRD TIME to get a cash refund only, they couldn't refund his card he paid with. Or we could have an "IOU" and get the right burrito next time. What a waste of time, gas, and money. I will never go back to this location. It's not that hard I wouldn't think. 3 times going back to still get the wrong items and not even get the right burrito in the end...

I ordered delivery, don’t recommend. I didn’t get my drink, so I called the store per the instructions on the website and no one answered the phone (yes they’re open.) and no online reviews for delivery orders. Our “mexifries” has about 4 whole ones the rest were crumbs and pieces of the poor potatoes that were served before ( a looooong time before). Taco came in a burrito sized tortilla with average taco filling, more bread than taco. I fixed this by pulling it apart and discarding the extra tortilla.

Order delivery at your own risk. You can’t get ahold of anyone and if they miss drinks and fries.. won’t be purchasing a meal again. Why pay for a meal? If you want it done right go...
