I tried calling in to get a replacement for a meal I paid for on Monday of this week, the manager Kathy I believe her name was had an attitude about it over the phone with me, I don’t have time for any of that negativity I just want my dry tenders replaced this continues to happen everytime I order them from this location alone, never had issues like this at any other location. I’ll speak to corporate where I’ll actually be spoken to like a customer, I will never give this location business again after her hostile attitude with me over the phone it was unnecessary and rude when I was very polite about the same problem happening over and over, I just don’t get why the rude attitude is necessary since when is it that you have to call in a complaint the same day? She kept continuously repeating that with an attitude to me as if she was extremely annoyed. I totally understood that and I apologized because I figured it wouldn’t be that big of a deal most fast food stores give a week for customers to get complaints in from an initial visit and I didn’t have the time the same day and thought nothing of it until the attitude was provided unnecessarily over the phone. Read moreI eat at Arby's frequently and this by far was my best drive thru experience. I always order a 1/2 beef and cheddar without a bun and this place nailed it. The y actually gave me beef as all Arby's do, but they put a nice amount of cheddar on the meat, more so than any other Arby's I've ever been too (who normally put about a table spoon on). The lady at the window presented herself excellent. She wasn't just some young kid throwing a bag at me. She was an older and knew how to represent the company she worked for. It didn't appear that the crew was walking around wondering what to do like i see so often. From this experience, the way I see it.. it pays to have some older people mixed in with the younger ones to keep coach a little. Keep up...
Read moreFirst, upon arriving 2 employees were smiling and looking for the front counter/register person, (happy to see them smiling, looking clean and nicely uniformed)...then the person walked in and said was just doing training, this all transpired over just a moment. She was friendly, smiling, complimenting, happy. The Katherine 2 helped with the quick questions she had and promptly.
We then stepped to get drink and decide where to sit, love the clean, fresh reds and table size choices...it looked nice, good music playing. Food came right after and was hit and delicious.
