Went online to order today and the web site changed, lost all my points? Sorry, I am done with this place. And the prices are way to High now !

The Last 2 have been excellent, thanks for not burning the Crust, By Far the Best Pizza in the Area, Kudos !!!

Please do one other thing, throw your chicken wings out OR do something unique with them. I have never seen such small, tasteless wings/legs in my life, are they off a Cornish game hen or something?

old post.....Sorry, I have to take 1 star away, maybe 2 because the last 2 deep dish's have been BURNT. Even worse I recommended that CI has the best pizza in town to friends, so they ordered, Their pizza Crust was Burnt also !!

I am putting the star back on, Excellent service from the owner addressing my problem and having a deep interest on the product he puts out !!! *(previous update) I am taking 1 star away, the last 2 subs have just been terrible, not up to the standards a Cottage Inn usually has. If you want 5 star then EVERY thing needs to be of high quality like Williams Street intended. I also ordered the weeks special pizza and it was burnt, come on, I am your biggest fan !! *(this is from my old post)Their deep dish is unmatched, more toppings than 3 of their competitors put together. This is my go to place for Pizza here in Brighton. I grew up in Ann Arbor on Cottage Inn Pizza so I was excited and relieved to see that there was a location out this way when I moved here.

When I order, I use online ordering. It works very smoothly and my order is always correct when it arrives. Actually once the store was out of something I ordered via the website and I got a phone call letting me know, apologizing about any inconvenience, and wondering if I'd like to swap what I ordered out with something else. I thought this was an excellent example of customer service.

The food is always hot, and correct when it arrives. I don't think I have ever noticed an error on their part when it came to what I ordered showing up just how I ordered it. Delivery is fast, even during peak delivery/ordering times. The drivers are always friendly and professional.

My house is extremely hard to locate even when using GPS, so I make sure to leave a detailed description about how to get here every time I order. They follow my directions and show up on time, every time. I've never had an issue.

I will continue to make Cottage Inn my 1st choice for Pizza...

I recently went to order pizza from Cottage Inn on a Friday evening, online it said it would be a 2 hour time span for delivery. I decided to not order that evening. The next day at 2pm, I pre-ordered online for a 6:30pm delivery. We needed to feed the kids and head out to a Christmas event. Our pizza arrived at 7:25, nearly one hour late. I called at 6:45 and they said it was on its way. I called at 7pm and spoke with a manager. I told the manager, I live 3 miles away from the location. So for the previous gentleman on the phone to tell me it is on its way, is a lie. Had I known it would of been this challenging, I would of picked it up myself. I told him if its not on its way now, we need to cancel the order. The manager said if its not there by 7:30 he would give me a credit. Such a joke. I preplanned and ordered several hours in advance. Our thin crust pizza was so overcooked and burned on the edges it was barely eatable. I didn't call back for a 3rd complaint about the quality. I decided I would not order from them again and give them a...
