The Breakfast Club — Restaurant in Brighton

Food is mediocre at best mine was over cooked and not even hot my breakfast partners was warm but flavorless. When I saw world famous backed French toast I thought awesome this will be good not at all true it was burnt on 2 sides gooey and undercooked in the middle and what happened to the cinnamon could not even taste it. If your going to give away strawberry in choclate the should be sweet and tender not bitter and seem to be fresh out if the freezer. I understand portion control however the golden sandwich I had was worth more like $2 not what I paid for it. The prices definitely don't match what you get. The wait staff was more interested in there chat than they were tending to the tables. We waited almost 20 min to have our order taken and another 30 to get our food. I have has better service at many restaurants that charge half the price. Don't take my word for it see for yourself. Then try places like Bombers, or Cheryl's Place, even IHOP is better. Great eats...

Not sure what's happened to this place but we are over it. The service has gone way down in the last year. My fries were overcooked to the point they were cardboard and the spinach and black olives on my Veggie Sandwich smelled like feet. Additionally you should never put hot, cooked, tomato on a sandwich it's just mushy and gross.

My favorite part was near the end (but not at the end) of our meal the waitress, without saying A WORD, walked over and snatched the hot sauce off the table and put it on another diner's table that she had just sat. It left us speechless and stunned. THEN she returned and did the same thing with our ketchup! I could see this if we were clearly done but we both still had food on our table and without even asking is just horrifyingly rude customer service.

Perhaps things will turn around but the last few times we've been back it's been a disappointment. Guess we will start visiting the other local breakfast...

The service was terrific. The food was mediocre, for a place that has breakfast in the name I expected more from the food. I ordered a deconstructed croissant sandwich. The croissant was stale or maybe it was not actually a croissant. They should have purchased from Costco to have something worth the price. I asked for eggs scrambled soft and they were hard. The melted cheese was sprinkled over the eggs at the end and melted only where it was on the eggs, The server was willing to fix the situation, but if you can't get it right the first time with breakfast I'm just not going to try. My spouse had good french toast, the biscuits and gravy was fine, but there was so little sausage that I had to make sure the menu said sausage gravy. The coffee was fresh, plentiful, and the place was clean and well set. I won't go back because I want to spend my money...
