Would give a 0 star review for this location if I could. Came in at 6:50 this afternoon (Friday 10/9) hoping to get my old phones data transferred to my new phone. When they opened up my new phone out of the box I was questioned not once, but three times about where I got this phone. I ordered it in store on Sunday 10/1 and I explained this every-time they asked. They then proceeded to tell me they couldnāt do it and I had to go to Apple because my new phone was defective? They also still seemed skeptical that the phone I got was not from their store? I have receipts and T-life to prove it was, not like they cared to check on their end anyways. I was told by the gentleman on Sunday, who is honestly the only decent human Iāve interacted with at this store, that if I brought in the new phone when I received it the employees would take care of the transfer. Unfortunately they were lazy and obviously incompetent. This was 100% a lack of them not wanting to do their job. My ādefectiveā new phone that I am typing this on turned on immediately once plugged in at the Apple Store⦠which they told me they couldnāt plug it in at T-Mobile? Whole load of BS. T-mobile ESPECIALLY the Brighton location needs to get their shit together before I (and probably many others according to these poor reviews) will go ahead and swap to Verizon. I asked what happened to Verizon, and the man said they are no longer here. He asked me some questions about my existing service I told him I was with verizon and was having an issue with my bill and wanted to know why, he broke down some plans that T-Mobile offered and it made sense for me to to switch knowing that this new tmobile plan offered not only unlimited data and talk and text, but mobile hotspot and international calling for an amazing price. i then mentioned that I was financing my phone, he then mentioned how tmobile will pay for me to switch over. I had my number switched over to tmobile right away and he had me into a new samsung phone right away. This store and T-mobile service has been great to me every since. They told me to go buy a phone and return it and see if issue was to with my phone. Salesboy did not care what Tech said. Would not help me. Did not care about customer only care how it going to hurt his store. IT was going to effect their inventory. IT not like a was some kind of new customer. I had been customer of T-M for seven in my second go around. What have been longer if I did lose my job and I had to drop them. T-M store use care about their customer, but not any more....I will and would use this use this store for nothing...They useless unless they are ones that come up with IDEA for some thing or find way to make money.....They not...
