Tacos Chihuas — Restaurant in Brighton

Everything was good on my plate but my buddy's enchilada plate was colder than a witches t.....! NONE of his cheese was even beginning to melt. Clearly the enchilada plate is nothing more than a frozen "TV dinner" that gets microwaved whenever anyone orders it. Other than my buddy's raw food, mine and my other friends were spot on delicious! So I'm still deducting one star but I wouldn't hate on em because of some cold food. I'm gonna say go and try the place out. Chances are you'll have no problems however this was my very 1st visit here and they f..ked it up. Also, we were the only three customers in the joint so they had no pressure and we're not busy whatsoever so theres really no excuses other than the truth. Either they got an inept cook, or a lazy cook. or their equipment is malfunctioning. whatever the case just beware of slip...

You guys don’t deserve to have tacos as your restaurant name, what you serve isn’t tacos, the quality is atrocious, me and my daughter went here for her birthday and we expected a good experience, the service was okay, but the quality of the food is horrible, the tortillas were not edible, they were chewy and overcooked, the meat was dry, the beans had no flavor, and the chips and salsa tasted old, if im paying for a meal I expect good quality food, I set high expectations for any restaurant, if you decide to be in the food industry at least try to show that you care by delivering exquisite food. I will never come back here but I hope if people do go here they can actually have a good experience, I only wish for this...

I was born and raised in Los Angles, and tacos were a part of my life weekly. Street tacos were the best, and I miss them often. I had the Carne Asada tacos and some green Chile and cheese fries. Tacos were amazing. It would have been nice to have a variety of salsas such as avocado salsa and other great ones out there. Here, it was only Verde and Rojo, which were pretty good as well, but just because of the two is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars. The fries were incredible, and even when full I kept eating them. Green Chili sauce hit the spot. Stop by if you're in the neighborhood. Good place to try. Also, an outside patio, which makes it...
