Had the best facial of my life with Charlotte and she was extremely accommodating after I misunderstood the length of time the appointment would last. I am from out of state and flew in to surprise my best friend for a day of pampering for her 30th birthday back in August. I booked facials, massages, and mani/pedis for each of us at different locations. We both agreed that the facial with Charlotte was the highlight of our day. She was fun to talk to and the facial was both relaxing while also feeling like she addressed our different skincare needs. I just had another facial back home and while it was enjoyable, it wasn't even comparable to the one with Charlotte. Not to mention the price difference. Her price point is a steal for what you get. I also want to circle back to how accommodating she was. She gave us bottles of water to drink to ensure we stay hydrated and when I mistakenly thought our hour long appointments were only 30 minutes and had booked other appointments for our pampering day that would have conflicted, she completely rearranged her schedule on a Saturday to ensure we both got an amazing experience. Second visit at Divine Beauty and Style and both times I came out of there feeling extremely satisfied! First one was a facial and now combo eyebrows. And WOW! I am sooo happy with my new eyebrows! Charlotte did an AMAZING job explaining every step as she went! From the consultation to the after care instructions, I left there with 0 questions. I've had combo eyebrows done before and I can honestly say there is a HUGE difference between going with just anyone to someone who shows you they care about what fits your face and style better, much rather than getting you in and out.
