Burger King — Restaurant in Brimfield Township

I just stopped at Burger King this afternoon on my lunch break and was greeted by a wonderful and beautiful girl named Shay immediately when I walked through the door! She was glowing with positivity and instantly gave me a feeling of being welcomed and appreciated. The food was hot and fresh and her and I chatted while she was taking my order and I had such a good interaction with her that I wanted to make sure she was recognized for her wonderful personality and excellent level of service. It's not often you walk in somewhere and feel like your business is appreciated right away. I have over 20 years in the restaurant business and I like to use Google reviews to make sure excellent employees are recognized. Shay is the type of girl it's meant to be a leader...

I ordered: Rated 1 Rodeo Burger- 1/5 2 Chicken Sandwich- 3/5 8 Pc Nuggets- 1/5 Med Onion Ring- 1/5 The rodeo burger was so disappointing. The meat was so thin and overcooked. Barely any barbecue. So gross. The chicken sandwiches were the only semi edible part of my meal. The nuggets were dried out and seemingly old. The onion rings the same. I rarely eat fast food anymore, especially because the dollar menu doesn't really exist anymore. I paid $11. The fact that I have to pay more for food that almost isn't edible is just cruel. I go to Burger King to avoid cooking and eat yummy unhealthy food. But now it's not even remotely appetizing. The staff here were very nice. But I also waited a very long time. Will not return to this...

We were the only car in the drive-through when we showed up. They took our order, which went as expected. Once we pulled to the window, they took payment and immediately gave us the drinks. Then it turned. We waited 15+ minutes for 2 sandwich combos. Mind you, this was mid-morning on a weekend with nobody else in line and a relatively empty parking lot. In the meantime, the drive-through backed up beyond the building. As someone else stated, once you're in line, you can't get out to leave if you're not first. Once the food finally came, the sandwiches were very thrown together, with one having an extremely greasy outside wrapper. There are plenty of other options around...
