The manager is lazy and extremely rude!!! Ordered online, and it didn't go through the store but charged us. We went up to the counter to say we had an online order, and before we could even say anything, this lady says in a really nasty tone, "You can just use the kiosks RIGHT behind you to orderđ!" We told her we had an online pickup and she said it wasnt there, so we explained that it charged us for the food and she said with a really snarky tone "well I don't know what to do about that" and just stared at us we asked to speak to a Manger (which ik sounds like a karen but it was a big amount spent and we were nice about it) and the manger said we ordered from the wrong store (which if you look up the store number on google maps it takes you to parkway which ik for a fact is the taco bell i ordered from soo idkđ¤ˇââď¸). The manager said it was the taco bell down the highway but didn't say what the address for it was. ( To me, it just felt like he was saying whatever trying to get us out of the store) we called around to other taco bells, and they all said they didn't have it. Anyways, we end up trying to order online again but at a different location (tallmadge circle ), and the same thing happens(not to self and those wise enough dont order taco bell online lol). we expect the same experience, but when we go in, we are greeted with "Hi! I can help you over at this register!" we explain to this guy what had happened and he checks the moniters and asks (im assuming) his supervisor about it and then a women comes over says "hi" we explain again and she says that since the app is a third party there isn't anything the store itself can do but she can order the food best to her ability (the boxes we ordered were online exclusives) and then she even offered to help show us how to get a refund for the wasted money I wish I had caught her name she was amazing (she was blonde and had piercings). This is exactly how easy it is to show kindness! (The people over at tallmadge circle handled this with responsibility and respect) She was super polite, and the people over at Parkway (especially the manager đ) had no right to be rude for something that was nobodys fault but a glitch in taco bells system! Another thing I've gone through the drive-through before and it's always slow, and I have been told to wait at the speaker after completing my order, which is just inconvenient and holds up the line for everyone else. I had a frustrating experience at this location today.
The signage was on, and the auto attendant prompted me to place an order. I tried to order a breakfast crunch wrap, but there was no response. It was 7:56 AM, so I figured they werenât open yet. As I drove around, I saw the attendant standing at the counter watching me. I waited until 8:02 AM, tried ordering again, and was told they no longer serve breakfast and that the food wasnât ready.
Why I am Frustrated:
-Lack of communication: The attendant clearly knew I was trying to order but didnât say anything. If youâre not open or breakfast isnât available, just say soâitâs not hard to communicate.
-Misleading signage: The sign out front still advertises breakfast. If breakfast is discontinued, take the sign down. Leaving it up is misleading to customers.
-Unprepared opening: If the store opens at 8 AM, why isnât the food ready? Customers expect to order whatâs advertised when the doors open.
This location has potential, but experiences like this make it hard to want to come back. This is the third time Iâve had an issue here, and it could all be avoided with better communication and preparation....

Didn't notice till I pulled out so I called the store . Manager said what you want me to do I gave you money back . I said but you shorted me $1 . Asked if someone else I could talk to she said no just me . I said what about a corporate number she told me they're not corporate but they're a franchisee and they don't have a corporation. So I asked for her higher up manager and the name and the hours they would be in and who is the owner and she told me to find it online myself it's not her job. I will never return to this Taco Bell and I'm still calling the corporate office and I'm going to complain because if they aren't corporate they're making Taco Bell look bad If I could give zero or negative Stars I would because this is the worst Taco Bell ever been too.
