Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Brimfield Township

Normally don’t leave google reviews because I actually work at another Starbucks location but I’ll give you guys the scoop. Normally I also wouldn’t order from anywhere else on Christmas but I know that every Starbucks is voluntary on those holidays so decided to stop in. Mobile orders were shut off for no reason an hour before close and the Cafe was closed as well. Ok, so i’ll go to the drive through. Waited for 15 min to be told that the line was being cut off 10 min before close since “registers shut off at close”. Blatant lie as the registers are able to be used as long as needed, and the correct policy is to take order until close and then cut them off....

Nice Starbucks. It hasn't been that crowded inside the few times I've gone, either morning or evening. Maybe I just hit the better times. The staff is friendly. My decafe Americano was pretty weak. Too watered down, but it takes longer for a regular decafe so I get the Americano. The decor is typical Starbucks, but they have plenty of cushy chairs I like. I prefer the old cushy armchairs best, but few places have those anymore. Only drawback I don't like is the cold air they blast by the door most the time. I just went to this Starbucks today and it was the worst experience of my life. I’ve worked for Starbucks as a shift and this was not how I was trained or how I expected to be treated at a Starbucks. My drink was not right, I ordered a white mocha hot and they gave me a mocha instead, which wouldn’t be a big deal if it weren’t for the absolute worst service I’ve had at Starbucks.
