Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Bristol Township

the lack of respect from the employees from a paying customer is so wrong!! we put a big order and 2 of the pizza were Hawaiian both of them had at least 4 to 6 chucks of pineapple!! for $2 dollars extra for each topping seems like a joke we went back and show them, we asked for a refund for the 2 pizzas but apparently because it was a bigger order they couldn't refund just the 2 pizzas we just asked to have them remade they told us 10 minutes wait the whole time waiting there the employees keep of making fun of the situation back in the kitchen showing no respect we felt so humiliated and it wasn't our mistake they told us to keep the other pizzas that we brought back but we didn't because they made it seems like w w wanted stuff for free but we wouldn't be in that situation if the had made the pizzas the right way in the first place when we got the new pizzas and again told us to keep the other 2 my sister told them that if it was our mistake we wouldn't be bothering them but since they didn't made it right that's the least thing the had to do but it's not fair that they didn't show any respect and be making fun of the situation and mocking us ! no stars for this store !! please people stay away! What ever is wrong with this particular location, it needs to be fixed. I ordered, a 3 meat, Hawaiian and Sausage EMB, crazy bread w/ marinara sauce and cheese bread. The pizzas we received are some of the most unappetizing I’ve ever seen. The order was placed quarter after 7 and was suppose to be ready at quarter before 8. I get there and as soon as I park I get a call telling me they’re out of sausage. It’s 7:46, they’re telling me it will be 8 minutes, cool. Mind you I’m only told about the sausage pizza not the 3 meat so I’m assuming they finished the 3 meat and ran out for the sausage pizza, nope they only gave me pepperoni and bacon pizza (at the same cost btw).I didn’t get any update on the order until 8:18 that it’s finally ready. I go inside and I’m told I need to wait for the crazy bread. At this point I completely forgot I ordered marinara sauce. Once I get home I’m greeted by these awful looking pizzas and I wish I could have gone back and return them and just ask for a full refund but they close at 9 and I didn’t get home until 8:55. This place is run by children. I placed an order last week and they forgot my drinks. I spoke with the manager and she told me to call the store directly when we place our next order and she would add the drinks to my future order and that my name was in the computer for whoever is there to see it. I called tonight to tell them I placed an order and to please add the drinks that I'm owed and the kid answering the phone told me in order to receive a credit I had to come to the store. I am unable to leave the house because of sleeping children and when I asked to speak to a manager another child got on the phone to give me the same spiel. When I informed her that the other, adult, manager never explained that I needed to come in she got short and rude. When I got irritated and asked if sending a drink with my dinner order was worth losing a customer over, she hung up on me.
