The most thing I hate about fast food restaurants they don’t care about what they give the customers. They would lye and tell you your food is fresh just to get rid of it. They re-drop your food as if you’re unaware of it. They don’t care 🤷🏽♀️ how far you have to come to get it. When I do become this health inspector I’m coming for all fast food restaurants who doesn’t care about Everyone that’s in the food industry should take notes of this👉🏾a customer experience this. the complaint alleges. The lawsuit also references medical expenses and "past and future lost opportunity for income and loss of enjoyment of life" as damages. the consumers. If you’re not passionate about consumers stomach you shouldn’t be working anywhere near food. This place doesn’t even deserve my one star ⭐️ Wendy's customer hospitalized after ordering cheeseburger sues food fast chain Court documents obtained by McClatchy News allege that customer Jena Vogt has been plagued by long-term health issues and staggering medical bills as a result of her meal, which contained a preformed toxin.
Jena Vogt ordered a medium double cheeseburger combo from a Wendy's restaurant in St. Rose, Louisiana on July 27. The plaintiff says that the burger was contaminated due to "poor handwashing procedures" and that food was not properly washed, inspected or ensured to be safe.
"Within (24) hours of consuming the Wendy’s double cheeseburger, Mrs. Vogt felt nauseous and began to have gastrointestinal abnormalities," the lawsuit says. Vogt was then diagnosed with a host of medical issues, including severe sepsis, E.coli, septic shock, cerebral hemorrhage, and acute GI bleeding.
The customer spent roughly two months in hospital care, being transferred to a second hospital on August 28. She was released to at-home care on...
Read moreMy daughter and son went through the drive-thru to place an order. They ordered the 4 for $4 and my daughter ordered a free junior frosty with her frosty keychain. A male worker approached the female worker that was ringing them up and very rudely said you need to show us your keychain before we can give you the free frosty. No problem! She pulled out her 2019 frosty keychain, they still proceed to charge her for the frosty. She then pulled over, took all the food back in and asked for a refund, they then told her they gave her the wrong receipt, they gave her a new receipt and being young she accepted that. Once they were home and proceed to eat the food including the frosty they found NAIL clippings and HAIR in the food... My daughter threw up from seeing and tasting it... After all this my daughter called Wendy's in Yorkville to tell them what happened and she asked for the manager and a male worked who called himself Thomas was very rude and unapologetic, my daughter asked for his last name and he stated he couldn'tgive her his last name... My daughter was so upset and distraught and crying given what she had just experienced. My husband proceed to call Wendy's and he spoke with Patricia and she told him there was no worker named Thomas (so the male worker that spoke with my daughter lied about his name) Patricia told my husband to come in for a refund... This is unacceptable, no one should have to have NAIL CLIPPINGS & HAIR in their food. The food inspector really need to close this place down... I would NOT recommend anyone EVER eating here again... If we ever want Wendy's we will drive to Aurora or Oswego as they have much better service... AGAIN PLEASE NEVER EAT HERE! unless you want to eat someone's...

Surprisingly I wasn't immediately parked this time, but whole order was messed up. Ordered Extra toppings on my 2 sandwiches, only got 8 of my 10 piece nugget (no they didn't fall out and end up loose in the bag), and my daughters kids meal came with no toy.
No management has reached out to try to justify these mistakes, and the inside is still closed to carryout only. Starting to think it might be worth the extra drive to go to a better Wendy's.

Worst wendys experience I've had and it has not just been a one time occurrence. I go here once a week to get breakfast for the family. I am immediately parked without being given any drinks, then 5 to 10 minutes later, when not a single soul has came the drive-thru after me, I get my food and full drink carrier shoved in my window. Upon asking them why they park me immediately every time, they say it's Wendy's policy to park. Also their carryout is closed unlike the other Wendy's that I've been to in the past few months. These must be specific policies to this store only. Now the sausage has gone missing on this burrito. Oh wait there's a little speck of it right there. This is the closest Wendy's to my home and I would have to drive past it to get to the next closest. It's a shame that the quality of this Wendy's...
