I went and got lunch of Feb. 7, 2022 for myself and kids through the drive through. My meal was less than par, I ordered the grilled salmon with rice and green beans. There was no breadstick and the rice and green beans where thrown all over the salmon and all mixed together. I proceeded to call back and explain the meal and what was missing and they took my name and number and told me to keep my receipt and my meal would be replace next time. Of course, I had to search for the receipt in the bag. So I put it in my wallet and returned today on 2/21/22 to get my replacement meal. Christie at the window was beyond RUDE. She said she couldn't find it in the book, asked who I spoke with and what day I came, because there is no date on the receipt. Well, I pulled up my bank statements and saw it was 2/7/22 and tried to show her (she was giving lots of attitude and a very hateful tone) and she said "I don't care about that". I don't understand why she asked me the date and for me to pull it up if she didn't care. She took my 14 day old receipt and got my name and number again in a very hateful and demeaning way telling me that they will replace it this time but not next. So does this mean if they mess an order up, they will not stand behind it? She then slings my food at me, and I ask for some sauces and she jerks it back out of my hand. I also ask for cracklins and she said she will have to charge me for those since I am not a paying customer. Last time I checked, I did pay for a meal that wasn't correct and slung all over the place and inedible. I know I worked at this location for 2.5 years back in college and high school and we never charged for cracklins, this was Christie's way of just being extra rude to me. In my years working here, I never treated anyone with such low regards and disrespect. I have noticed several times in the past few years that the service has gone way down and the staff are very unfriendly and almost seem annoyed that they have customers. This is very disheartening since I remember being one of the first employees when they rebuilt this store and the pressure we had to be kind, friendly, and welcoming...
Read moreBelow is my review from couple of years ago. You would think I'd learn. I'm sitting in the drive thru now.... been here for over 20 minutes. The guy that took my order had to ask me what i ordered just now. Then told me to pull up to the yellow pole and he'd bring it out. 5 cars behind me waiting.
I would leave 0 stars if i could. Purchased a 10 piece family meal and a broiled salmon. Asked for lemon and tarter sauce. They told us to pull around and someone would bring it out. We waited over 15 minutes. The young man brought it out and we didn't see any tarter sauce so I pulled back to the window. The same young man asked what we needed. I told him we didn't get any tater sauce or lemon. He said "I put it in the bag". He got really smart with me almost yelling so I handed the bags back to him. He slammed them on the counter and started going through the bags. At the bottom of the second bag there was a little condiment container with 2 very small slices of lemon. He held them up and said right here it is...I asked where the tater sauce was and he screamed "you didn't ask for tarter sauce". I told him 2 little pieces of lemon wasn't enough for 10 pieces of fish. He said "oh, you purchased the family meal"... reached in the refrigerator and grabbed two large containers. I figured one lemon one tarter sauce. I came on home and found both were tarter sauce... but he did leave the two little slices of lemon. My husband's broiled salmon dinner wasn't a dinner... they only gave us the salmon... no sides, no rice, no roll. There was a big hole burned in the bottom of the styrofoam container the salmon was in... looked as if they had cooked the salmon in the microwave IN the styrofoam. Was very disappointed in the way I was treated. This young man...
Read moreLet’s not even talk about how long of a wait I had when I was the only one there. But I Have been through twice in a couple weeks and have been stole from due to using cash. Came through yesterday around 6p on 10/27/24 and we were told $39 with change and handed the lady $60 and told her when handed to her and she claimed it was only $40 never counted it back to me. Well she disappeared for 10 minutes or so and then some man hands us the food and accused us of not paying and stealing and told us it was $34 something so two different totals. Crazy how everywhere else has a process, you pay then you get the food. As we pulled off over heard one of them say “she probably stuck it in her pocket.” And stated before she had trouble cashing out orders yet we were given no receipt and stole $20 when a couple weeks ago it was $5. I called corporate and my father called the store and went off and they checked the till and some how it came up $20 over. Crazy. If you go here MAKE SURE to check your bank statements after and a receipt. The entire experience was a nightmare and the people running it honestly don’t know what customer service is. Reevaluate your 3 staff members one woman was a manager one was a cashier who sucked all the way around and a man who was super rude, they were all acting super weird as well about the whole ordeal and then wanted to apologize for accusing us of stealing. Maybe try using organization and communication with each other before hand and stop trying to steal money from people paying cash. How many others have you stole from and how long has the ordeal been going on if it’s happened two...
