China Chef — Restaurant in Bristol

In ShopRite plaza in the heart of Bristol on Farmington Avenue…is this small Chinese takeout. Girl behind the counter was pleasant. Menu/Food - Soooo here’s where I’m confused. Every other place not just in Bristol, but all the other Chinese places don’t charge you for the egg roll when you get a combo, whether it’s a lunch combo or not. This place does..granted, it’s only a 1.25 up charge..but still. The sesame chicken was good, rice was good..but had a couple of pieces of chicken that weren’t edible and almost looked like they were chewy bones almost. Was it worth the $12 after tip.,considering the other places and what you get from there versus here..to me, it’s not a place I would go out of my way for, but it was still good. 3.7/5...

His reply to the owner's lying and saying that I have to run business I don't have the wrong business I ordered a drop soup with other items and it was horrible the food was cold it took 90 minutes for me to get my order so lying and trying to say that this wasn't you also put you at a level of unethical but I can't even describe mytook way too long for delivery esp. for the amount we pay for fees and tips. I live 4 miles from this place and it took 90 mins, not sure why I paid for delivery fee & tip and waited 40 mins over told time. Next time no tip until delivered. The food quality is gone and portions have shrunk, the egg drop soup barely has...

I'm unable to give zero stars, so one it is, and that's a plus. I ordered the most common dish there is...general toso, and Everything was hard. The rice, and chicken was unconsumable and eggroll was burnt. I couldn't believe how awful it was, and there was a bleach smell. Not sure why, but I called them to report the condition of the food and they were unbother. These people are in a business of deceit and don't care about taking money from people and passing on this garbage as food....
