Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bristol

Was there last week around 630pm (Thursday) with no one in line and 3 employees behind the counter. Stood there for about 5 minutes and no one came to serve us as one girl was telling about her personal life. The kicker was that 2 employees walked in front of us and never acknowledged us. When someone finally acknowledged us the girl asked me 3-4x times what my order was. It was just an ice tea and wrap !!! I recieved my wrap and was it was all messed up. Didn't even bother to have it fixed, would had to wait again and repeat my order 3-4x.

Had to go to this Dunkin for coffee because of the construction. Thinking maybe I'll they fixed the problem with employees and service......FORGET IT !!!! Hasn't changed and assuming the owner doesn't care at all. The only 1 car in line in front of me waited a couple minutes to be acknolwedged, mind you no other cars around. Then I pulled up next to the intercom and waited for 5 minutes and no response from the intercom. I left, next time I will go out of my way to another Dunkin. Don't waste...

Every day before work I stop at the Franklin Dunkin’ for an Iced latte w/ skim milk and it’s almost always good. Having said that when I stop after work to get a Decaf Iced Latte it is ALWAYS wrong. It always tastes like coffee milk. There is no Espresso flavor. So I drive back there and I tell them the problem, they give me another one and that one is also always wrong too! I get so frustrated I just end up throwing it away. If this happened one or two times I would chalk it up to the fact that everyone makes mistakes. But this has happened at least six or seven times. Am I missing something? Are the Decaf Lattes suppose to taste different? Either way I will never ever go there unless it’s a week day. And I’m so angry that I’m not even sure I want to do that...

I’ve literally never posted a review before, but this was so egregious I had to get the word out. Stopped in this morning for a quick snack and realized later that my coolatta had some unidentifiable green chunks in it - looked like mold, felt like rocks. Whatever it was, I’m glad I spotted it before I finished the whole thing. I didn’t have time to go back, so I can’t speak to how the staff would’ve handled it. They’re usually pleasant, and the rest of the food was fine, but clearly the cleanliness standards are not where they need to be at this location. Safe to say I will not...
