Every time we go here, something is missing or wrong. Our last visit we were shorted x2 supreme beef chalupas, both with extra cheese. That’s nearly $10.00 worth of an order. My fiancé drove back to get them. He stated twice that he was supposed to have x2 supreme BEEF chalupas with extra cheese. They gave him 2 chalupas and he brought them home so we could eat before our food got cold and they were both chicken chalupas with no extra cheese. I have sent a complaint in regarding this issue because $10.00 was 1/4 of the orders cost and it was the only thing I ordered myself to eat. I’m not happy and this is exactly why I rarely eat at Taco Bell. I could literally count each individual piece of cheese. That’s not even a “normal” amount of cheese. That’s ripping the customers off. These are not worth $10.00. They might be worth $3.00 each but don’t charge me $10.00 if it’s not going to look like it’s worth it. And if someone has to waste the time they set aside to eat dinner with their family and gas just to have your mistake corrected make sure the order is correct before it leaves. As paying customers we shouldn’t have to sit in the drive-thru after getting items and open each one to check that it was done correctly. That’s not a place where the customers money is respected or appreciated. It’s a sad place that deserves no business.

The worst Taco Bell around. We made an online order, when I got to the store they didn't give us the drinks we ordered because they said they were out of the large drinks. We didn't get our money back for them not having the large drinks we paid for. Fine I'll take the medium-sized, what really bothered me is that nothing was made right either.. the wife's food had everything she didn't want on it and didn't come with the cheese sauce. My food was just burnt.. I'll attach a photo of the charred burrito.. very disappointed over all won't be back to that location.

Stay as far away from this place as possible. They have horrible service, atmosphere and food. We stopped in to pickup a couple of Gorditas for supper a day ago. What a mistake! They weren’t busy, but it took 30 minutes to get our food and then when we got home, we discovered they gave us two lukewarm soft tacos NOT two gorditas. We passed on taking them back because of the hassle , but we did stop in the next day and the manager refunded our money. Buyer beware!! Read the reviews about this place and then eat elsewhere.

Oh. I will never forget THIS place. Friday September 27, 2024. It was between 6 and 630pm. I never got my food (1 star). I've never seen such terrible service at a restaurant of any kind in my life (1 star). The place was atrociously dirty with sticky floors, used food wrappers strewn about the place. We didn't even go into the bathrooms. (1 star). There were at least 5 separate groups of people waiting for their food (including my wife and I). After taking my order, I stood with the others while the counter person disappeared off into the food prep area. I noticed that drive-thru was really moving along and several vehicles had pulled up, given their order, drove around and got their food, and left. I also noticed a person standing back there in plain view just kicking her feet and not doing anything. I talked with some of the other customers waiting with me about how long they've been waiting. One said 20 minutes. Another said 40 minutes! What?! After about 10 minutes of not seeing anyone even to come check on us, I spoke up and got the manager to come over to me from the food prep area. My wife and I never saw her name tag. I told her that it wasn't right that drive-thru was being catered to while the rest of us in the dining room area is being ignored. I also told her that some of the people in the back of the dining room had been waiting over 40 minutes and no one has came out to even talk to anyone. She finally talked to the counter person (who, at this time was helping get orders out of drive-thru) who told her that none of the orders he has taken on the register ever went to the computers in the prep area. Well, didn't he think that the customers he took money from would eventually be wanting their food?! The manager promptly asked us (as a group) if we all had or receipts and if we wanted refunds. We all had our receipts. I got my refund. As far as I know we all got refunds. I will NEVER go back to that Taco Bell. Yes, there was a technical malfunction. But the manager on duty is responsible for ALL customers being served, not just the ones in drive-thru. She ignored the dining room for AT LEAST 40 minutes, maybe more. The only reason I'm posting this now instead of when it happened is because I had forgotten about it, as it's been a few weeks. I didn't do it then because we were still hungry from not getting our food and ended up going back home angry and not in the mood to stoke my anger further by complaining about it. But I've cooled off since, and been reminded that I visited there 3 weeks ago from my Google account, so here I am. May my review live on forever on Google's servers. And now, back to your regularly...

Went through the drive through, and had to repeat the order over 3 times. Ordered a chicken quesidilla box with large baja blast and an extra quesidilla with a medium baja blast. When we got to the window i told the guy dont put ice in my drink. He said "wait you ordered another drink?" We said yeah, and he said we dodnt order the other drink, and again we said we did. Then he had the nerve to say "I PROMISE YOU , YOU DIDNT ORDER ONE." I was told him how is he going to tell us we dodnt order another drink there was 2 of us in the car. Hr thought we were lying so we asked to speak to the manager, and he said sure and he said really loud "JORDAN (manager) THESE CUSTOMERS WANT A FREE DRINK." I was fuming, i started to exclaim out loud how disrespectful that was to tell us what we disnt order and then on top of that be a smart ass and tell the manager we were trying to get a free drink when that wasnt the case. The main issue was he was acting like we were lying just to get a free med drink which cost like a,dollar like how lame is that??? The ISSUE was how he treated us and talked back to us like were were lying. Then the manager was not any better. He clearly saw i was upset, did not even ask what happened closed the window,on me and then opened it and said he was not serving me...
