THE WORST MCDONALDS I HAVE BEEN TO. SURPRISED THIS PLACE IS STILL UP, HONESTLY. THEY ARE EXTREMELY SLOW TAKING YOUR ORDER INSIDE AND THE DRIVETHRU IS A NIGHTMARE. IT BARELY MOVES AND THEY BARELY ACKNOWLEDGE YOU AT THE INTERCOM AND AT THE WINDOW. THE CREW IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, LOUD LIKE IF THEY ARE IN THE HOOD HANGING OUT INSTEAD OF WORKING, DISRESPECTFUL, THEY FLIRT WITH THE CUSTOMERS, I HAD ONE TRY TO FLIRT WITH ME AND WITNESSED IT TODAY WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER, THEY OVER CHARGE YOU AND IF YOU GO DURING BREAK YOU WILL RETURN TO YOUR JOB LATE AND WONT EVEN BE ABLE TO EAT YOUR FOOD. TODAY WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OUT OF THEM ALL. RUDE ORDER TAKER, RAUL REPEATED MY ORDER WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW AND IT WAS INCORRECT. I REPEATED MY ORDER MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE INTERCOM DUE TO HIM NOT PAYING ATTENTION AND NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGING ME AT THE INTERCOM. ANYWAYS, WHEN HE REPEATED THE ORDER I INFORMED HIM IT WAS INCORRECT AND REPEATED IT AGAIN LIKE THREE MORE TIMES. HE SAID MY ORDER WAS CORRECT, BUT THEN AGAIN HE WAS PUNCHING IN A BUNCH OF THINGS IN THE SCREEN WITH MY CARD IN HIS HAND. I TOLD HIM REPEATEDLY TO REPEAT MY ORDER BEFORE CHARGING MY CARD. HE SAID MY ORDER WAS FINE AND TRIED TO SWIPE MY CARD. I REPEATEDLY TOLD HIM NOT TO CHARGE ANYTHING WITHOUT REPEATING THE ORDER AND HE GAVE ME AN ATTITUDE AND SAID, "WE ALREADY WENT THROUGH THIS". HE REPEATED MY ORDER WITH AN ATTITUDE AND HE REPEATED THE CORRECT ORDER SO I ASKED HIM IF IT WAS A MEAL SINCE HE HAD REPEATED THE WRONG SANDWICH AND HE DIDNT MAKE IT A MEAL LIKE I TOLD HIM IN THE INTERCOM. HE SAID YES AND WHILE CLOSING THE WINDOW HE STARTED USING FAUL LANGUAGE WHILE SAYING THAT I WAS BEING RUDE. HE THEN SLAMMED THE WINDOW AND STARTED LAUGHING. SWIPPED MY CARD VERY HARD MULTIPLE TIMES AND BARELY TOOK HIS HAND OUT TO GIVE ME MY CARD BACK AND MY RECEIPT. I PARKED AND CHECKED MY ORDER AND GUESS WHAT? THE JOB IS WAY TOO HARD FOR THIS POOR UNEDUCATED GUY. HE CHARGED ME FOR THE SAME SANDWICH I TOLD HIM NOT TO GIVE ME REPEATEDLY. SO HE DID NOT WANT TO REPEAT MY ORDER AND STILL CHARGED ME INCORRECTLY. I HAD TO GO BACK INSIDE SUPER HEATED TO GET THE RIGHT SANDWICH. MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS LOW CLASS GUY THAT CANT EVEN DO HIS JOB IN A SIMPLE HIGH SCHOOL JOB LIKE MCDONALDS. I FEEL BAD FOR YOU TRYING TO GET A REAL JOB WITH THAT NASTY, UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. I TOOK THIS UP TO CORPORATION AS WELL. HOPE THEY TAKE CARE OF HIM SINCE MANAGEMENT SEEMS NOT TO CARE. WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR MY SANDWICH THERE WAS ALREADY 4 CUSTOMERS FROM DRIVETHRU ALSO UPSET WAITING FOR THEIR CORRECT ORDER AND BY THE TIME I LEFT, 3 MORE CAME IN COMPLAINING. Read moreThere is always at least one rude person when coming here. Whether it be drive thru or walking in. They almost always get the order wrong or have to repeat yourself because they arent paying attention to you. I called to tell then that my order was wrong one time and i actually had to argue with the manager there because she was implying that i was wrong. It was a huge hastle ...all for a quick bite its not worth the stress. Of course i don't take my own suggestion..i went to this mcdonalds again and it was the worst ive ever been treated anywhere. Shawntie is the manager and she couldnt even speak to me or say hi at the window and made sure i knew she didnt want to deal with my order. The other employee at the window told me that mcdonalds didnt accept my bk coupon i had to tell him 3 times that they did and to go ask his manager then when shawntie returned with him she stepped back so i couldnt see her tell him not to switch the order in the computer to buy one get one free just put the coupon in the drawer and gave me the same price it was initially without the coupon. Terrible customer service... I will be calling store manager joe today to make sure there is something done about this... And cooperate... Hopefully they do something about this. To top it all off shawntie was found stealing money from walmart and then got fired and hired at mcdonalds ...man what kind of people to we have waiting on us and...
Read moreEvery unprofessional management especially one of the mangers named Claudia,this mc Donald’s still continues doing the same mistakes and do nothing about it at all, they just keep on getting more of the same complaints which shows how much the mangers care that they don’t do nothing different, they always have people waiting for long then sometimes forget about the parked customers and give out cold food and just not clean enough while cooking they just rush and give you old food most of the time that you could tell it’s been sitting out not fresh at all, this mc Donald’s have down down hill needs to shut down or get new management to make it a better fast food again and the associates don’t get enough credit for all they do especially the young ones I seen one time a young associate with one manager running morning and they was short staff and it was so busy and the manger had the associate taking orders inside plus drive through plus drinks basically doing a lot of things just for one person while the manger didn’t do much just stand there which I don’t agree with that I used to come a lot of times but won’t be coming no more food not worth it and the wait is just horrible all the time, the drive through could be empty and they’ll still make you park and give you cold food really don’t...
