I have ordered from here several times with no problems or complaints. BUT, after tonight's service and food, I just have to write this review.
I called to order a plain pizza for delivery. After being quoted 13.15 and giving the payment, I wanted to change the order to 2 pies to get the coupon price. The person on the phone wasn't even paying attention to what I was saying. I kept trying to tell her to make the order for 2 pies on the charge card. She said she was too busy and hung up on me.
Not happy, I quickly called back and had difficulty getting through because the line was busy. When I got through and started to talk, they hung up on me again. This routine actually happened about 3 times before somebody actually answered the phone and let me speak. I simply said to cancel the charge for the single pie and make a new charge for 2 pies. This request put the girl on the phone in such a tizzy that she had to put me on hold. Some man picked up the phone and said I could not cancel the order. I laid into him for hanging up on me several times and not allowing me to speak. The conversation ended with me having to make a separate charge for the second pizza, and the man adjusting the price to equal the coupon.
I WAS TRYING TO GIVE HIM A BIGGER ORDER.
Well, I asked for delivery at my back door, they delivered to the front door. ONLY 1 PIE. I opened the box, and the pie was folded over and broken down the middle. And it was cold. AND THERE WAS ONLY 1 PIE! I called the place back, they answered the phone! They knew who I was so I told them that only 1 pie was delivered. They told me they would send the second pie.
The doorbell rings again, it's the second delivery. The guy is standing on my FRONT steps holding the pizza box, no insulated bag. I took the pie and sent him back with a message that the first pie was folded in half and cracked down the middle. Needless to say, the second pie was intact, but it was cold.
This saga of trying to order dinner deserves 0 stars. You couldn't find any poorer customer service than this. Telling me, the customer, that they had to hang up because they were too busy is outrageous. I went through with this saga of ordering and delivery and horrible service and product. I think it only just that they owe me a full refund. The outrageous and appalling customer service and poor food quality needs to be known. This is what I paid for? I actually had to throw the pies away.

Read moreWow! Gotta say, this was a really good place in Pennsylvania. The food was excellent. I did however had to a wait a while around 10 minutes but it was still worth the wait. The slide that I had had a ton of mixed meats and flavoring that really just did it. Big enough yet perfect to be filling. Also ordered something different like a cheese filled with pepperoni bread, my goodness that was delicious! Thanks to this place for their awesome food!
The service was also incredible. Friendly staff there which made it feel very appreciative. Including that with the atmosphere of the restaurant. Big TV inside for the entire restaurant basically to really see. Seats clean but the tables could be a bit cleaner but wasn’t to bothering.
One other factor I would like to point out is the restaurant being right outside the highway made it very convenient to get some quick food. Definitely would recommend this restaurant to others, not to really sit down for a while but definitely to order...
Read moreMy job just order some pizza for us and as I was enjoying my pizza i bit into a bandaid. When we called complaining of the issue the owner come to my job to verify if it was true. Seeing that the issue was true he proceeded accusing his vendor cause at his pizzeria none of his guys has a cut on their hands. He also said he was the one that made the dough himself and he can guarantees that he didnt have a cut on his hands or even had a bandaid on his he dont carry bandaid at his pizzeria. So the only thing he could figure that the flour he got come with that bandaid. But all in all he didnt not care of losing a big customer like my job he didnt even offer no courtesy product or money back for the inconvenience. He didnt even offer a sincere apology. So nobody from my job will never order from that place again. So eat at your own risk cause you will never know what you really be eating...
