No I have to start this off by saying all of my handles experiences have been great besides today not just at this location but everyone around Cleveland that I have been to. So because of that I cannot even knock down one star But I had to write the review.

Today 5/3/23 was the first time I have ever been to hand those and there were employees standing around inside while there was a line of people waiting to have their order taken maybe only four ppl in line but still...

Secondly the person who took my order did not write it down how they usually do causing her to get my order wrong. I never really take the receipt because my order and service is always great but now looking at the receipt It was even input wrong into the register.

I got a pint and a Sunday wish I asked her to close the lid and then she asked me if I wanted a bag? Like of course I do. So definitely not the best service I ever received at a handles location.

Every other time I have came to this location there's always friendly vibes and of course the ice cream is always top-notch. So... Maybe I just received a person having a bad day and therefore the five stars will...

The only thing missing is a flavor called "Hallelujah Chorus," but I guess Handel's doesn't want to overshadow the rest of their heavenly offerings.

I wrote a review last year. Giving this place five stars but I take it back. I took my family here today & the blonde girl was rude. She could hear what everyone else ordered but me when I was talking loud enough where she could hear me but instead she had to be bitchy & with a smile & say what was that about ten times. I said what I wanted loud & clear as I was standing right in front of you. I don’t know why this girl acted like that. There were two other customers it wasn’t loud there.
