WOW! Where do I even start.. I saw this place a few weeks ago and told myself I have to try it because I absolutely love gyros! Well... I just got done eating and wanted to do a first impression review ASAP! First off I didn’t read any reviews prior to visiting and eating, I wanted to go in with a fresh mind. I honestly didn’t expect much, how good can a gyro place be right here in Broadview Heights? No offense to anyone, if it ain’t authentic then it taste about as good as Arby’s lol.. (I don’t know if this place is authentic or not but..) Anyways, this gyro (and fries) was absolutely amazing!! I honestly was mind blown how good it was. The waffle fries are absolutely delicious as well! Perfectly done as well, crispy on the outside. If you don’t like pickle just make sure to ask for no pickle, it comes on the side but just keep that in mind. Without making this review way too long.. I’d like to say this, if you like gyros and fries... GO TRY THIS PLACE TODAY! ASAP! RIGHT NOW! I will be eating here more often for sure and I will update this review after a few experiences to make sure it wasn’t just cause it was my first time. Ps I’d recommend they change the google search name to Niko’s Gyros. I couldn’t find this on maps for the life of me and I’m sure plenty of people who crave gyros (like myself) search google maps for “gyros”

Came here on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 12:37pm ET. Service was friendly and efficient. I brought the beef & lamb Gyro with no tomato and no onion- the meat was cooked perfect and had a nice spice, and the cucumber sauce was a pleasant condiment. Also brought the onion rings- they are huge, crispy, delicious and not greasy. The cashier said they would text message me when my order was ready. Sure enough, 10 minutes later I got the text message and was ready to go! My order was a walk in, and not a pre order. I will definitely come back!

I LOVE this place and typically get great service. However, yesterday I received terrible service and a REALLY snotty worker (someone I have not seen in there before) I had called my order in. Walked in and there was one person ahead of me. The girl behind the counter told me she would be right with me, while she was packing the other customer's order. After she handed it off to the customer, she walked away from the counter without a word and went to the back where she was starting to pack another family pack order (my order was sitting on the table behind the counter) I waited a bit, then the phone rang, girl came up to front to take the phone order, then proceeded back to what she was doing. I had been standing there for a good 5 minutes at this point. I yelled back to her "excuse me, I think this is my order here"...ignored. phone rang again, she came up front and when she hung up, I mentioned again that my order was right there. She went to the back AGAIN!!! Came back up a minute later and told me that she is only 1 person! There were clearly 2 other people in the back. I proceeded to tell her that I didn't like being ignored. She began to argue with me that she told me she would be right with me. I asked her for my order and she continued to tell me she could only do 1 thing at a time. I really think she should have taken care of the customer in the restaurant before packing up something that was for someone not there yet. Also didn't appreciate her snotty attitude! Hard to...

Lately, the kitchen's rhythm has been off. I'm noticing either our gyros are hot and fresh but the fries are cold and dry, or the fries are hot fresh but the gyros are cold and dry. The past 3-4 times getting takeout, it's been exactly this way. Not sure if they are batch-making fries and meat for gyros and have everything sitting around, but I'd like to have my food hot and fresh all together. So whatever system the kitchen has going on isn't working all that great. We spend a lot of money at nikos and it's not cheap food so I am expecting better. A few times I picked up food and my gyros was super soggy. I live 10 mins away and always get there on time so I'm not understanding what's going on here. There's times where I got there early and waited for my food, just to realize its not hot and fresh. So they have to be making things ahead of time and letting it sit around. That's the only logical explanation I can think of. It is really good food when it's...
