We got 3 membership passes. Well worth it. Especially in due time. Today is the first day. Son had fun. Heâs four so he was just happy he was able to do laser tag. I also did it was a blast. Games last about 5-6 minutes . We left to go grab lunch. Might come back later.
Overall is was a good experience, however there is some work to be done. Seems like they rushed the grand opening a little early? Literally half the building is empty that has a sign saying slides are coming soon. Wipeout is apparently under maintenance. The trampoline with basketball hoop should have a softer basketball or something with some cushion. Regular size basketball my son barely even throw and heâs almost 5. Hoops are real high. It seem like it took forever for someone to get in to do rock climbing maybe cause they do 1 kid at a time which sucks cause theirs like 3 different ones to try. With our membership my son gets a free snack once a day however when we ask the lady the only option for a snack was just chips. A lot of people were really confused as to what line to go to when first coming in. I myself was in the wrong line only to find out when I got to the desk. Then had to switch lines. Meant to mention I really feel the laser tag is awesome however you guys should do a little less on the amount of people to go in per match. Literally all the vest were being used every game. Then next game the same. Which means those vest will never get to charge. Also itâs like 20+ people a game. When inside itâs very crowded. Canât really try getting away trying to hideout and shoot because thereâs just too many people. Did notice when in line someone waited in line only to be told get in another line because one line could only do cash at the moment. Same for me when I was at the snack desk. Waited for 4 people to order the then I was next and lady asked me if I got cash I was confused and she was like I can only do cash you have to go in another line was all she said. Also the lockers had a sign saying not working. And there was only a cubby for like 10 sneakers so other people just put stuff on the bench. So we did the same however when we got back most people stuff ended up on the floor . One more thing. The obstacle course with the little balls has wayyyyyyyy too many balls. My son is like 42-45 inches and went completely under when he fell in. Made it very hard for him to try and climb out. Even after I pulled him out from underneath. Overall I give a 6/10 like I said itâs still the first day . Definitely has potential. Just a lot of...
Read moreI have never been so disrespected at a business in my life. The female manager at this location was absolutely appalling in her treatment of our family. We were there to celebrate a special occasion, but unfortunately, our experience was ruined by her rude and condescending behavior.
When we arrived, there was a mix-up with our reservation for a group activity. Our booking had clearly been confirmed online, but the manager insisted there was no record of it, despite showing her the email confirmation. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she immediately became defensive and started raising her voice. When we politely asked for her to check again, she dismissed us with a snide remark and said it was ânot her problem.â
After some back and forth, she finally admitted there had been a system error, but instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she proceeded to make us feel as though we were the ones at fault. To make matters worse, she started questioning our âeligibilityâ for the reservation in a tone that felt oddly discriminatory. Iâm honestly not sure if it was a case of her being rude to all customers, or if it had something to do with the fact that weâre a minority group, but the whole situation felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.
To add insult to injury, when we asked for a managerâs number to file a formal complaint, she refused and said we could "leave if we weren't happy." This woman had zero regard for customer service and absolutely no understanding of how to handle a stressful situation. We ended up walking out, but not before she gave us an eye roll and muttered something under her breath.
This place clearly doesn't care about its customers or creating a welcoming environment. I wouldnât trust this location with any future events, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. There are plenty of other businesses that actually value their customers and treat them...
Read moreLess attractions than other UrbanAir locations we have been to, but still more than just âjumpingâ. Ball pit Warrior Course, small climbing structure with a slide, small ropes course and zip line, rock climbing, and many trampoline sections. The biggest negative I have is that half of the location is closed down for updates. Given that they just had their grand opening a month ago, this is certainly surprising. Those attractions are not listed as being closed anywhere on their website or social media pages - that I could find. There currently is no Tubes Playground, and Lasertag has no one operating it. If you have a kid with any sound sensitivities, be aware that the construction can get pretty loud, even over the music. I love the membership and Summer pass options, as for does allow multi days of play for a low price. Again, I wish it was listed about all the construction inside before youâre able to do the membership online. Previous reviews about staff attitude are pretty spot on. Senior management is delightful, but the younger staff members seem to have never had a course of customer service in their lives. Maybe itâs just not in this generation, and companies need to start making that a training focus more. That issue is not just here, but everywhere now it seems. However, customer interaction is a big part of this job. The location is clean, and was crowded when we went on a weekday during school vacation. Finally, plan on buying socks if you have not been here or other UrbanAir locations before. Jumping socks from other air parks are not allowed, so must be branded for UrbanAir. And make sure those are the socks you bring back each time, and donât just grab in the âjumping socks drawerâ...
