I went in to get a new line added and purchase a phone. The employee did some sneaky stuff and added in 2 tablets i never asked for a phone protector and phone case and tried explainging it away that i could cancel and that its free, upon further review i was charge activation fees on the tablet and there was going to be a 10 dollar charger per month for each tablet, after i left the store and realzied this the manager eddy and the 2 girl employees said theres nothing they can do. they could refund everything but i would lose my 107 service fee. i called customer care and they said no they can refund the whole thing. so i went back to the store a 3rd time and they still refused to refund me the full amount. the customer care center escalated it up to a supervisor from customer care and said that the store is not being truthful that a manager can do a service fee refund. they still wouldnt do it. so out of frustration i returned everything and lost my 107 service fee. then the girl threw away my original receipt saying i cant have it back because "i could come back and try to return item" which i didnt have. i had to call customer care againa nd they said thats not policy and i should be able to get my original receipt with the return receipt, during this whole process i was on with a supervisor in the store for an hour. the owner Dave rejected to refund me my 107 or let me get my original receipt as well. the girls were saying they should of never delt with me and being really rude with snipe comments while i was professional and calm the whole time. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ADD EXTRA SERVICES AND THEN BE RUDE AND REFUSE TO FIX THE ISSUES THEY CAUSED. WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU...

I went in there to pay my bill they didn't do their job and put my phone back on after I paid for it.I get home all the way in Taunton call store to be belittled and laughed at like im a joke. That they can't do anything unless I come back to the store. I have worked in customer service for 25yrs I would never treat a customer the way I was treated today. MR thinks he is a big baller working at a metro store needs to humble himself karma is a real thing. You don't laugh at people who have life threating diseases that struggle everyday just to get up. So before you treat someone unkind or judge maybe you should just think you never know what someone is going through kindness goes a long way. Especially when your workers are the one who did me wrong I paid for something that wasn't taken care when it should of been immediately when I gave the worker my money.
