This review is not about the coffee the coffee is about 90% made correct. This review is about the customer service. The people taking the orders and people making the orders. I sat in line for 25 minutes with only four cars in front of me. as I could see by the time I got to the second position that the guy making the coffee was making the entire lines drinks before he brought any out. The girl that was hanging in the coffee through the window of your car never bothered to go in there to get any of the drinks to move the line along. As I sat there I watched 12 cars go through the left line like it was nothing, just moving right along. It's not only just about waiting. It's their attitudes like they have a chip on their shoulders and hate their jobs. The attitudes are horrible they're not very friendly. they don't like talking. They don't even try to ask you how your day is they don't suggest anything they just stand there like robots and expect to get a tip! It is not a friendly environment. They definitely need new training or not be in the position they're in if they can't talk to people as well as manage time. Especially if you're charging $6 Plus for a drink. It was most notable today when I entered the line with two cars ahead and three more behind me in my lane. I had my order taken, and when I presented my phone to ātap to pay,ā it was only then I was informed that their card reader is down and that everything had to be typed in manually.
I do not have a physical card on me, nor did I have enough cash.
So there I was, trapped among slow service and no way out but to move forward. With no coffee.
At the very least, they need to be warning drivers before entering the lane or simply offer a free black coffee for the trouble of sitting in line for 11 minutes for no reason (since coffee couldnāt be obtained). We were the only customers and the lady at the register taking orders had to go in and ask if they had cold brews. The worst part is my wife ordered a cappuccino and the girl paused, handed my wife a menu and then asked her if she could show her where it's at and what's in a cappuccino. How do you have someone taking orders that doesn't know what a cappuccino is. My wife asked for a pump of coconut in her cappuccino and the girl told her they only do drizzles. My daughter took 2 sips of her mango smoothie and said it tasted like straight sugar and she wasn't wrong it tasted like straight sugar and ice.
