KAYS IS GREAT.. JUST NOT THIS LOCATION... A diamond fell out of my ring for the 2nd time in JUST OVER 6 months.. like 3 weeks over 6 months. The lady who was I assume the manager told us they couldn't find records of the previous fix 6 months before although she was able to print out a receipt of the transaction but bc she couldn't find record of the inspection and warranty update information, they couldn't do anything about the ring and we should call customer service. Even though it was it just repaired for the same thing 6 months prior. The lady on the phone with customer service was very understanding and said she couldn't understand why the lady in the store wouldn't help us with the warranty and repair. She advised us to go to another location. So tomorrow we will make the hour drive back to Tulsa to try another location. I have an idea why the lady was so unwilling to help us and very condescending and rude.. but that's something she has to live...
Read moreMy husband bought me a necklace and pendant for Mother’s Day. I have MS and am not able to clasp it. So we go in to see if they can exchange the necklace or add a larger clasp. The only options they gave me was return it, pay $200 to get a new clasp or buy a $200 warranty to have a new clasp added or buy a $700 necklace for the pendant . He already spent $1000 and didn’t want to spend more they didn’t offer to exchange it or let me shop for something else. I could’ve bought a ring or a bracelet etc but they were so rude. Especially the grayish blonde lady with the big glasses. So rude. Made us feel like such an inconvenience. I took in another pair of earrings I’ve never worn because they are bent we left with those as well. I had on a ring from Kay and another pair of earrings from Kay and was treated horribly. I had in mind something special so I checked the reviews at the different Kay’s Jewelers and decided to go to the broken arrow store to shop for a birthday gift for my wife because of the great reviews I seen they had..so from the moment I walked into the store I was warmly greeted by Ashlee and Janel and received outstanding customer service and were very helpful with helping me find something special for my wife’s birthday..Ashlee and Janel were very friendly, funny, caring and extremely respectful, patient and polite with me during my visit shopping at their store.
