Arby's — Restaurant in Broken Bow

Have always enjoyed Arby's. It has been a long time since I had had an Arby's Roast Beef and Cheddar sandwich since I had been away from a main city that had an Arby's for some years, but this visit was just like stepping back in time. The sandwich was just as good as what I remembered and the service was even better. We ordered a small curly fries and they were cold. Took them to the front counter ... no problem, fresh ones were almost ready and they would deliver to our table. This time, they were a little on the crispy side which was fine with me but my companion could not eat them. Went to the front counter, same lovely lady, same lovely smile, took my order of regular fries on the soft side and said she would bring them to our table. Each time her smile never gave a hint of anything but pleasure to serve. And their small oder of fries is enough for two to share. I had fries that I wrapped up to go. Would definitley go again when in that neighborhood and would recommend it for the food and the service...

Quick friendly service. 3 to 4 cars in front of us at the drive through, wait time was still minimal. The turkey ranch & bacon club totally worth waiting a few minutes at the drive through. Worst part was realizing I had to wait till I got home to actually eat.... ranch dressing is meant for this sandwich, not your steering wheel! Slippery grip on the wheel is pretty big safety hazard. Not to mention the distraction to other drivers because ppl WILL look at you like your crazy just because you're licking the steering wheel. (I mean c'mon like you're waste it...) LOL. We went inside to order and ate in the hotel. Food was cold! Fries were cold, I ordered the French dip and even the aus jus was cold!! Where is the health department? The curly fries tasted like they were left over from dinner! You can make someone very sick serving cold roast beef, cold fries, and the Aus Jus..just terrible! I thought Arby's had their temperature controls in place. We are visiting from Mississippi, let me tell you Mississippi Arby's are way better than this one!
