I won't even give them any stars. The customer service is poor. The cashier didn't even know how to take an order. I could have just place the order on the app myself. I had a coupon for 2 breakfast for $2.00. The cashier confirmed that was the price and he said yes. After I paid for my order I realized they order charged me and brought it to their attention I was told it is not 2 sandwiches for $2.00. I had order a coffee as a side. It was cheaper for me to just order a number 1, that includes the sandwiche, hash brown, and coffee for less than the sandwiche and coffee. I was told from the manager I could no longer change my just because I realized it was cheaper. He said, he could give me the hash brown, for the price I paid. I had not even touched my food. I told him I wanted a refund and he refused. I then asked him for the number to corporate for comments and concerns . He said he did not have it and I had to look it up. The number is on the receipt. The cashier is to busy on his phone. If I could post a picture of him on the phone. McDonald's definitely needs to train all of the employees at this...

About half the burger in I notice the texture of meat is off so I stop and look at my burger. It was then I realized I should have specified that I would like my burger FULLY COOKED AND NOT BLEEDING!!!!! Guess they charge extra to fully cook the food too!!!!! I was so PISSED I decided not to go back and get it fixed...1. Because I for, some strange reason, lost my appetite...🤔🤔 and 2. Decided that I absolutely didn't want another 4 onion having, bleeding processed some kinda meat, quarter pounder from Broken Bow McDonald's. Read moreOne star today and I'm comparing McDonald's to McDonald's. I ordered on the app (might as well get points towards free coffee) and kept an eye on the counter for my order to appear. In the end, I was asked if I had a mobile order and it was pulled from the warmer for me. This guy and other crew were friendly.
So few pluses: The dining room was clean and clear. My order was correct though the sandwich was not hot. The cheese was barely melted and the muffins were underdone. Condiments station was clean.
So many minuses: Front door was locked at 6:45 am though the side door was open. Men's room needed some attention. Not a single power outlet at any table in the restaurant. No wifi. Ketchup dispenser was out. Coffee did not taste right. Burned? Off?
I don't expect perfection from McDonald's but there are a few base things that should be consistent...
