Arby's — Restaurant in Brook Park

The last 6 months there has been a serious decline in service and standards at this location. I work in the area and many of us at work have recently decided to stop going to this location because of the lack of care.

Just last week I got a wrap and when I opened the wrap I immediately had things falling out because the wrap was torn like beyond my ability to attempt to eat it without a fork. So I took the wrap back and showed it to the manager and simply said I can not eat this. He gave me a “The next ones on us” card in an effort to make things right which was a very nice gesture.

Today I go in (wasn’t packed) and get an Avocado Turkey Club (see included images). There was something green embedded in the bread but I didn’t see or taste avocado.

This is not just a local issue, branding is inevitable for a business - flat out misrepresenting and lying is not.

Come on Arby’s you used to be the set standard for quality dining in the fast food industry. Find your niche and rock it, stop spending all your funds on...

I have been to this Arby's many times. Last night was a true travesty. My crinkle fries were so salty that it literally burned and took the moisture from my mouth. My beef and cheddar had 2 sad slices of roast beef on it and a dot of cheddar cheese sauce the size of a 25¢ piece. I also tried their new boneless wings... My mistake! Idk who told them how buffalo is supposed to taste, but it was the most horrible flavor of sauce I've ever tried. It didn't even taste remotely like any kind of Buffalo sauce I've ever had. Even the ranch sauce packet they gave me was past it's expiration date and seemed curdled. My $17 spent on 2 people for dinner was a complete waste....I don't know what's going on in this place, but the food used to be VERY good here. I'm not going to return. Especially since there is another Arby's less than 3 miles away. I recommend you to all to stay away...

Service is good. Food tasty and hot. I've read thus Arby's is the 4th oldest Arby's in the USA with the original building still utilized. This will end soon as a new structure is arising as I text. Will be interesting to view come spring time 2023 when completed to view the new building. I don't know if the new restaurant structure will have a double drive through? Time will tell. Crew is generally good though at times speaks off the cuff regarding neighborhood riff raff. I could do without worthless gossip not of interest to me. Mostly trite and inaccurate anyway.
