My wife, son and I went to try Biggby for the first time after hearing friends talk about it. Most of the talk centered around how many combinations they had and our friends and my wife struggled to choose. Not me! I stick to the classics and if they're good I'll certainly be back to try other things. But soo many things do look and sound good I can see how it's difficult to decide... It was evening so we didn't get lattes. But instead choose frozen drinks. I had the mint creme chocolate chip, my son had a butter bear (butterscotch) and my wife tried the seasonal lucky charms freeze drinks. We're just shakes with flavorings and stuff mixed in. All were pretty good. Service was fast. The restaurant was clean inside and there was ample seating inside. No seating outside. Plenty of parking spots. They offer several food items, such as donut holes, small ciabatti bread bacon and cheese sandwiches, bragels.. yes i spelled that right.. everything looked good. Pricing is on the high side. $20 for our three medium sized drinks. And that's not just us, our friends had said it was expensive. I'd it worth it? I wouldn't argue for it against, so I'd say it's fair. Maybe a bit high, but the items are kind of unique and the place is clean and quiet. Didn't seem like a typical ice cream joint. If that's what you're looking for then it's worth it. If you're all about price and quantity over quality then I'd...
Read moreWith the exception of the guy running the place, the entire staff sucks. They’re not friendly, they have no sense of urgency and they genuinely don’t care. I have to place my order online, because the first few times I went there, I went through the drive thru and was there for a twenty minutes to a half hour regardless of whether there are three people front of me or I’m the only one in line. More often than not, my order still isn’t ready by the time I get there, 15 minutes after placing an online order. The last three times I mobile ordered, the order wasn’t ready when i picked up and had to wait while they took their sweet time making it. This morning I walked in 15 minutes after placing my order and they had no idea there was a mobile order. I told them that I’d have to come back in a few to pick it up cuz I was going to be late for work and couldn’t wait this time. I had a coworker go back to pick it up twenty minutes later. She said she had to wait for them to make it because they still hadn’t started it. The people they’ve hired at this location are the first employees at any BIGGBY that I’ve ever been to. They always seem to be young girls right out of high school that act like they’re too good to be there, have no customer service skills and literally do not give a single care. I’ve been a loyal customer to BIGGBY for 7 years and this location has...
Read moreI've debated on sharing this but it's been unsettlingly on Sunday I went thru the drive thru to get an egg and cheese bagel along with another on asigo, I get home about 10 my minutes later and found mold on my bagel that I bit.... I immediately called and the young girl was taken back but not too concerned she told me " we found a few and thought we thru them out"
I was told I could come and just get a replacement either that day or another I came back immediately bc I'm broke and hungry ngl ( wasted My gas) lmao but I went to the drive thru and said I called for a replacement bagel I get to the front and the young girl tells me the price I state I was there bc I had mold on my bagel bc I didn't want to say it around other customers..
Working with someone's food isn't a joke and I understand both girls apologized but I visit frequency and that's not ok I wasnt offered anything for the inconveniences( yes multiple) and lack of customer service truely scares me about this...
