Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Brook Park

I'm just confused as to what the point of ordering ahead of time is, if Everytime your family does- it has NEVER been ready. We have tried 3 times now to order a pizza with EXTRA EXTRA cheese. No matter the cost. We don't care. It's never ready. Never even in the oven. They always try to play it off as if it's almost done when I watch their asses put it in the oven frantically. And then don't tell me my pizza has double extra toppings and look like a regular damn cheese pizza. No.

I tried calling and complaining and the "manager" had more excuses than a pregnant nun. I worked in customer service for years and this company has never obviously been trained on proper customer service. If you order something ahead of time it should be done. If a customer has to wait then you should take something off of their order or offer them something in addition to what they ordered. I've never received an apology and the only thing the manager wanted to do was take all of our notes down and go review cameras and then come up with some more excuses as to why an order that was placed hours in advance was never done. I understand the day that I called a half hour ahead of time, but I specifically asked if it was possible to have one done in 30 minutes and they said absolutely. So I guess it really isn't my fault but 3 times now, I'm done....

Ordered a pizza, bread sticks and wings. Website says $18.25 .. we arrive he try’s charging $25.25.. argues that we claimed we wanted extra toppings when it was never said, asked if it had sausage because we asked for no sausage. Open pizza in car and there’s sausage on it. we go back in he argues full force saying it’s not sausage and he made it himself. Send boyfriend in next, he walks in points out sausage, guy argues again that he made it and it’s not sausage, cook comes from back says he just made that and it has sausage on it. Guy still argues with him that it’s sausage. We ask for refund and he argues that he will not give it. Eventually says he don’t want to argue anymore and refunds money. Liars, scam artist and absolute jerks. Will never return to this location and reporting to Health department after we got money back he put back into the heating trays for another customer to buy. Absolutely disgusting, rude and ridiculous people. Who in the world would put someone like that in charge? BEWARE this location. Unless you like the...

Horrible customer service provided by the man behind the counter. Charged for a cheese pizza I told him I didn’t have 25 minutes (quoted time) to wait for. Handled the register while taking my order then went back to cutting cheese bread without washing his hands. When asked if I could get my breadsticks so I could leave he told me we were waiting on the pizza. Again, told him I said I didn’t have time to wait and with a gruff and a eye roll I was tossed my bag without the offer to refund my money for the pizza I didn’t want. And he went back to cutting that cheese bread without washing his hands again. The two people in line behind me witnessed it all and one left out the door with me saying she “Didn’t have the patience for such a rude employee.” Good luck keeping business with a front of the house personality like that! 3:40...
