Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Brookfield

I expected so much more of this place. I went to order and the lady didn’t know what she was doing. (She could’ve been training so that fine) The other worker (another lady) completely ignored her co-worker. I got my pretzels and they are completely soggy and old to the point where the hotdogs just fell out of the pretzel and I could feel the sogginess just touching it. The cheese sauce too was very chunky and gelatinous and the drinks were nasty too. I also was told to insert my card, so I did, and then the cashier asked me what the second oder I wanted was. Took double the time then it should’ve. I couldn’t understand the cashier either as she was whispering to me and I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times and she seemed annoyed after that. The other older lady proceeded to ask the two men behind us what they wanted and gave them free food disregarding the other customers trying to order. I don’t think I will ever order from this...

Customer service is so horrible! Ive been 3 times and don't think I'm going back! The older woman should be ashamed of herself. I walked up to the counter waiting for her to greet me but she stared a hole through me and said NOTHING! I then spoke and said Hi but no response back, so then I proceeded to order and still she just stared like she didn't care what I was saying. The younger girl came from the back and she was no better, then the guy walked in and was complaining about his check and he doesn't make enough in tips and blah, blah, blah! My pretzels tasted so old and the sweet almond was old and burnt. I sent a complaint through the App and a woman emailed me making excuses saying that location was training people and I could get my pretzels again for free just show them the email to redeem them. That's horrible the way they behave and the company not taking the matter...

Bought pretzels from this place 3 times in one week this year. Honestly it’s disappointing. The pretzels aren’t baked all the way and you can taste the raw dough. The way I see it, there’s more pretzels being made than the quality of the pretzel. That’s how you know it’s bad. It has to be quality over quantity.
