This place has the idea. Chipotle style Mediterranean.

Unfortunately execution tonight is horrendous. Just left the store after waiting in a stand still line for 15 minutes. I was in front of the line so I could see the issues up close with the brand new staff. The issue was zero effort or initiative by the staff to keep the restaurant humming. Every ingredient bin at the behind counter buffet line was empty when the dinner rush hit. The only person moving was the manager and she was doing it all from cooking meat to trying to fill bins. I watched in horror as the trainees stood around waiting for directions. Is it not easy to understand that if you have no product left to plate that it needs to be refilled!?!

Yes this was a terrible experience at a restaurant but I was more than anything appalled at the lackluster effort that the employees showed. Not one of the new employees wanted to work or solve any of the problems they faced. The manager was giving it her all while they sat around watching. Meanwhile customers were giving up and leaving the line.

I fear for our future society based on...

Horrible customer service. No one was eating there at the time, but for some reason they were out of cooked rice, falafel, chicken, chips, etc. And it was around 6 pm; nowhere near closing time. The employees looked like they were busy so we waited a good while before being acknowledged. That’s fine, but when the lady did acknowledge us, she just looked up and didn’t say anything. The food was also bad. I felt like I was eating spoonfuls of hummus. Barely gave any of the other toppings. As soon as we got our food and sat down, they went back to being on their phones. This is no way to run a business! I have eaten here before over a year ago and it was so much better. Good food, friendly people. It’s gone downhill since then. If I wanted to eat spoonfuls of hummus I could Have went to the store and bought a tub for 3 dollars. Instead I payed 10 dollars for a bowl of hummus. Very lame. :-(

3/16 update- went back today, there was a different staff crew that was incredibly friendly. The food was so much better too. These are the type of employees that I...

Good place to pick up lunch and dinner. Options to have chicken, falafel and steak. Clean and nice location. Edit on 1/20/17: had to reduce the rating to three stars. Extremely stingy servings. Had three bowls for us today and it was almost they counted how many cabbage strings to serve. Literally she poured out 4 or 5 shreds. Rice given was less than a ladle for the rice bowl. Had to specifically ask for the pita on the side that normally comes free. I felt that Chipotle serves better portions at the same costs. Uploaded pics to corroborate. This was not the same experience with the Chicago based naf naf stores. This one particularly is an outlier and the manager should take notice. Point to note: on the opening day two weeks back, they stopped serving after 3 pm because they ran out of food. Not sure if they are doing portion controls post that event. In summary- place has potential but needs to be...

First and last visit to this location. We put in an online order on their app. The food was made correctly and tasted great. 5 stars hands down. 0 stars for customer service. We picked up our order and went to the self serve area, there was only 1 fork and 3 napkins. We needed a few more of both so my husband asked a worker if we could get more of both. As she walked by she rolled her eyes at him and said ok with attitude then went to the bathroom. Our son and I saw her reaction, and I was appalled. I would never talk to a customer this way! My husband went to the counter and asked for help there. The second worker said ok. A few minutes later she did come and get us napkins and forks. She was much nicer. There were only 2 other customers in the building, most of the tables looked clean inside, the tables were filthy outside. I really love the food from this chain but will stick to the Greenfield location.

Stopped by for lunch. First time here. I didn't know it was a build-your-own bowl/plate. Took a few minutes to get it all together. The server was nice enough to explain it to me and what everything was. Base - Spicy hummus Yellow rice Protein- steak and chicken Topping- chopped salad/ lettuce, onion and cilantro. Pita bread. The rice was on eat explain side. No real taste. The chicken was a bit dry. Kinda disappointing. The server had to cook the beef since they ran out when I was there. Beef was okay. I didn't like the spicy hummus at all. Didn't go well with it. I'll skip this next time Pita was okay. Could've been thinner. But good.

It's like if qdoba was like hey we don't wanna do this burrito thing, let's do pitas and middle eastern food instead. I really thought my food was fantastic and I liked the Qdoba style ordering. For the price, you can get a pretty good sized pita stuffed with meat, sauces and all kinds of stuff. I really think they did well with the fast food style middle eastern concept. Unique, filling and tasty, perfect for someone on the go who likes a good pita or some falafel.
