Last night was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. Let me preface this by saying I am in the biz and currently work at a high end Steakhouse and have trained hundreds of servers/bartenders. Brian was an awful server. He came to the table and didn't even introduce himself. He asked if we wanted drinks, which we ordered. He returned with water which he dispersed to us by standing at one spot and handing out the glasses. For a round table of 6 that is unacceptable. But it got worse. We ordered a bottle of red. We were presented with dirty glasses. One of our guests ordered a glass of white which was poured into a dirty glass. When we asked for the glasses to be cleaned Brian, whose name by the way we had to ask, rolled his eyes and said, they were water stains. Well go clean them. He returned with glasses, still dirty but better however he brought back the white in a new glass but neglected to return the remainder of the small carafe of wine. I questioned him asking if that was her complete glass to which Brian snapped, of course it is. Without being asked we ordered an appetizer. Brian took our dinner order, entrees only, and started to walk away. I called him back and I asked our guests if anyone wanted a soup or salad to start. I ordered Lobster Bisque. I asked for 6 spoons so everyone could sample the bisque. Brian's response was a snotty, 6 spoons for 1 bisque? I was appalled. Our guests were as well. We were being made to feel like a complete inconvenience. Our entrees arrived without the table being prebussed, they were auctioned off by another server who stood in one spot and served reaching across people. Very rude and unprofessional. Entrees were lukewarm and flavorless. Do you people know what garlic is? Sauces were all watery. No one was offered cheese or another drink. Brian came over and asked how everything was. I asked if WE could have some cheese and Brian returned with a small container meant for one. What about everyone else? My friend was given another glass of white, same 9 Oz pour as ordered before. It was clear then she was shorted earlier. Also when the bottle of red was finally ready to be poured after getting clean glasses, Brian poured the wine reaching across others. It was clear he had never been trained in wine service. All in all, this evening which was intended to be 6 friends getting together after a long time to enjoy a wonderful meal was ruined by horrible service and bland food. My friend paid and did leave a nice tip because she is a generous person. However it was completely undeserved. Update: It has been weeks since our horrible experience at Bravo. Management told me to email with more details, the email link didn't work. I sent a message on their contact us board and haven't heard a thing. Obviously Bravo does not care that there are extremely unsatisfied customers. No Bravo for you...
Read moreSo, the food was great, atmosphere was good as usual there, HOWEVER; the waiter/waitress makes up 80% of the experience there. Needless to say, it made 80% of our experience horrendous. At bravo, you're supposed to recieve complementary bread, all the tables around us recieved it, we, did not. Our waiter, BRIAN, comes over and asks us what to drink, we ordered soft drinks and water, he rolls his eyes and says alright and walks off to get them, not sure if it's because we didn't get wine or a more selective beverage of choice but that wasn't necessary, we order an appetizer, while we were enjoying our appetizer, Brian comes over and starts mentioning his second job and how he had to eat there, repeating it 3 times and almost a look on his face. As I was finishing my appetizer, taking the last bite he took my dates serving plate along with the appetizer plate and left mine as I was finishing my last bite without much of a word or asking if we needed anything, leaving used dishware there that would have been collected if he had been patient and waited instead of being rude. During the main course he did not service our table and ask if we needed anything. As we were finishing up he threw the check on the table without asking how the food was or even asking if anyone/us would like desert. We hesitantly looked at him and mentioned we would like desert, he huffed, rolled his eyes, snatched the check and distastefully said "okay" with attitude and sarcasm. Apon finishing our desert we each had half of a piece of cheese cake we both ordered, and wanted to bring home with us. We mentioned how we would like to bring the cheesecake home and to our amazement and Brian's disdain, he now mentions that they are out of to go boxes of any sort, and offers a bread bag for our 10$ a piece slices of cheesecake. He eventually comes back with a small soup container that we managed to shove our half pieces of cheesecake in while we watch other tables, CARRYOUT TO GO BOXES, while they're leaving. I now ask for the final check, which he tosses on the table without a word without a check presenter just a receipt slapped on the table. Me still being a respectable human being i still left 15% of a tip in a 85$+ bill since the food was good. That is beyond generous for the experience we had with our...
Read moreHad date night with my love. The place was clean! Which we both really appreciated and loved! However, Service was eh. The guy whom presented our food did a better job than our actual waitress? Such as, Much nicer. Can take a joke. Actually can tell he enjoys being around people and itâs not just a job for him. If he was our waiter, we wouldâve definitely tipped way more! The desserts we did not care for? The chocolate cake was weird. Not what we expected at all. It was extremely cocoa- y yet not sweet in the slightest⊠very bitter. We could not stand the taste. Even with the ice cream it came with, it was overpowering especially since cocoa powder was dusted all around it in the ice cream and chocolate syrup. Too much⊠and I love chocolate! We both do! Take that off the menu itâs horrible. And a waste of money. Margarita size is okay? But for the price I expected a bit buffer⊠bel air catina gave us a huge glass for 18$!!! One we couldnât even finish in one sitting. Iâd say go there for a good margarita worth your buck or a Mexican restaurant! Lasagna was disgusting. Noodles were definitely over cooked, they put too much cheese on the lasagna someone could choke! I had asked for less, and it was still too much. Thereâs more cheese than sauce. More meat than sauce. And the sauce was the best part! Lol. The meat also tasted extremely bland and fresh out of a can or low budget container. Gross! Never ordering that again. I hated the ricotta on there. Personal preference- I like that part plain. It was overpowering. Made my stomach hurt after two bites I had to stop eating it!
My man also got mediocre parm pasta. Less cheese which he wanted more. How ironic. Not a lot of sauce at all for the pasta but I understand they want you to taste the flavorââ yet there wasnât any. The chicken was okay. For the prices we paid , Cheesecake Factory is DEFINITELY better with food quality. Bravo is a place you wanna go to if you run out of fancier restaurant options...
