EDIT, NOVEMBER 2024: We went back a couple months later and a lot has improved. They finally have indoor bathrooms. There was a manager on duty and several additional employees who were keeping the facility clean and orderly - and they were very friendly. Repairs have been made to the equipment, and the arcade games are in good working order. It took almost a year but this place is finally living up to its potential. Definitely worth a visit - or several.
2 STARS, JULY 2024: Surly and rude employees who clearly don’t want to be there and just stand around on their phones at the snack bar, no bathrooms (only porta potties), and just a couple months after opening, tons of the play equipment is broken and the slides aren’t slippery anymore for anyone in cotton clothing (probably because they don’t clean anything). There are exposed power cables in the ride on toy area, and the ride on toys are always piled up (because the employees don’t tidy anything). The toddler ball pit is shallow and fun but my kids found a vape pen in there (probably because the employees don’t clean anything). The soft soccer balls have been replaced with rubber varieties that really hurt if you get hit with a hard kick. The sole arcade game is an air hockey machine that is “out of order” because they don’t have a replacement puck. This place could be great if they hired people who would do their jobs and management spent a couple extra bucks on maintenance. Very sad to see such an anticipated family attraction go to hell this quickly. This has to be some...
Read moreThis was our first time here. It was a 37 minute drive for us. $19 per child, 2,4,6yo. I KNEW we should have purchased a punch card. My kids had a blast and my husband and I both got a workout in. Plenty of room for everyone. I love the spacious seating, it keeps from overcrowding. I love that they have the toddler/infant area on the opposite side of the building. It keeps the rowdy undie wearing kids out of it. I only have 1 complaint and thats the parents that don’t set an example and follow the rules. There are clearly posted signs throughout the place where shoes are allowed. They tell you to take off your shoes before entering onto the hardwood floor and signs that state when leaving not to put your shoes back on unless you are in the entry way yet multiple large groups of parents and children put their shoes on right next to the play place or on the carpet under the play structure. Some adults have no respect for establishments and those are the people that ruin it in the end. Thank you for having us!!! We...
Read moreThis place is fun and incredible! You can bring your kids to have loads of fun and burn off alot of energy. Even have birthdays celebrated here. The moment my crew and I got here, their eyes were wide open. There's a concession area where you can buy some snacks or drinks. Clean Bathroom right next to it. Tables galore so you can have your pick where you want to sit. They have a blacklighted dance room, filled with other lights and music so the kiddos can have fun and dance inside of it. Even have a little infant/toddler area that's fenced in, so they can have fun too. The enormous jungle gym is what its all about. Climbing around in this maze is exhausting. I got my old butt in there for a bit and had fun even at my age. There is a race track underneath it with motorized vehicles that the kids can race around it with. Its an obstacle course with climbing nets, fall through Pitts and slides. It was a very fun experience. We spent hours there and my kids were spent. Definitely a place to burn off all...
