SHOP JOHNSON CREEK CASUAL MALE INSTEAD.
The staff is extremely rude and pushy. The moment you walk through the door you feel like you're the hunted prey and your wallet is the trophy. The manager isn't helpful and she attempts to refuse returns. I have brought things that I have ordered online back to this store and attempted to return them, Chris the associate who "helped" me told me that his boss Deborah doesn't allow returns and that he would get in trouble for accepting the return. He then suggested that I take the items to Johnson Creek and return my items there. Then he proceeded to tell me that they send all of their returns to that store so they can save their bottom line. When I arrived at Johnson Creek my intention was not to return the items to that store but to ask for information on how I can report such an abuse of the system. The staff there was extremely helpful, friendly and not one bit pushy. The manager and assistant manager helped me with gathering information about the company and the policy regarding in store returns that had been purchased online. The manager Stacy offered to return the items and was willing to take the hit on her store because she said "our customers come first and we do not want our customers to have a bad experience" I thanked her for offering but I didn't feel that it was right. From here on out I will likely be shopping with Stacy and her staff in Johnson Creek, they are extremely happy to have customers and they treated me like royalty. As Stacy said before I left her store "without you I wouldn't have a job, you as my customer are my purpose and I enjoy what I do because of customers like you" I wish more companies could understand how that simple concept would save their...
Read moreJan 12th 2024 - there is a horrible winter storm going on, however I ended up having to do some last minute shopping! I called this location to make sure it was still open since the one in Greenfield was closed. Emily (who is a super dope sales associate) answers the phone and assured me the store would remain open as long as I was on the way. Unfortunately I ended up getting stuck (BUT thankfully got out) and called the store again, and once more, Emily made sure she would keep the doors open for me as I struggled to make my way. As soon as I entered those doors I let her know the deal and she... got to WORK! No hesitation, straight business. I needed a 70's funk theme outfit and Emily did not give in until we got an outfit. I am very appreciative of her work and her help, I would definitely recommend coming here. Emily absolutely deserves a raise or something because I am very fortunate to have had her working this day. Gracias gracias gracias! ALSO the clothes selections here are great with a wide range. If you want quality and great service, definitely make...
Read moreThis store use to be great. I even posted a few years ago about how helpful they were. It has changed. Do not go there. If you want something buy it online. There are maybe 2 shirts per style and if you're not wearing a 5xlt or above it's pointless to even look in store. The clearance section is maybe 30% of the size it use to be, most of the clearance is unmarked so you don't know what % off it is and none of it is organized by size like it use to be (they seem to have just stuck all the same shirt on the rack together wether it's a 1xl or a 6xlt). They have taken out the tailor and so you can't get shirts fitted anymore. The shoe section use to be 2 times what it is now plus they had Blackstock but now what you can see is all they have and even that is either a 13 or a 18 and nothing in between for most styles. It's sad to see it go down hill so far. I'll be waiting for the going out of business sale...
