Absolutely Terrible! Worst customer service I have ever seen. I frequent this location because of its proximity to my office but that is just about the only reason. I always call my order in well-before I get there so I can grab-and-go but it rarely ever works out this way. Today, I called-in my order 10 minutes before I arrived. When I got there, there was only one other person in line and no one else waiting. It took the girl 5-minutes to acknowledge my presence and then she said my order was almost done. I looked in the kitchen and the guy was just putting my bagel on the toaster! IT WASN'T EVEN STARTED! The girl lied - how is it almost done when it hasn't even been started?!
So I told the girl it wasn't even started and walked out. I have places to be and this is why I call my order in ten-minutes before I arrive.
Fast-forward ten more minutes and I get a very rude call from a guy at Bagelman. All he did was yell at me for walking out and told me to never come back - constantly calling me 'buddy.' I don't know who he thinks he is but I'm a very loyal customer, not his 'buddy.' I then explained to him that this is not the first time my order hasn't been ready and thus the reason why I always call ahead of time. He proceeded to hang up on me!
Is the food good? Well, it is decent. Is it overpriced? ABSOLUTELY! I cannot seem to get out of there without spending at least $9 for breakfast - which is ridiculous. Worst part of the entire store? The people that work...

Pair it with a sausage, egg & cheese with a hash brown or a chicken cutlet with bacon and cheese and ranch! I would have to recommend ordering through their mobile app as I can safely say it almost entirely eliminates errors in your order. The owner Marc is very involved in the business, which is always great to see for a local chain. Their social media presence is also appreciated, because it keeps you up to date on any special hours or issues. Special shout out to Joey in the Brookfield store for going above and beyond, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. He tries to greet customers with online orders at the door to keep the flow of customer traffic going, he is always busy, delivering orders, checking orders, or cleaning... and if there's ever a problem with an order, he makes sure to prioritize it and fix it for you...

The staff and food were both usually on point, not perfect but a solid spot for the most part. A few weeks back I set an online order for 8:15am (sandwich and iced coffee), got there on time and did not get my order until 8:40am. Went yesterday and while the order was ontime both sandwiches were falling apart and far from what usually comes out of there. But the big part of the 1 star is the fact that the digital menu has a hand written sign that prices are not accurate and you should ask before you order. Then the icing on the cake is the "I did this" sticker they have on the register pointing at the price...
