Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brookfield

The ladies who work at this place are either unqualified or they purposely make wrong orders so that they have less customers to serve in the future. First time I in countered their service, they made my order wrong. I asked for a sesame bagel and they gave me a raisin bagel and didn’t even make my coffee right. Since, it was the first time, I gave benefit of doubt but next time I went there they did the same! I ordered 3 coffees and all of them were made wrong purposely. When you ask for whole milk to be added to your coffee, it is standard to have 3 pumps but they made it with 1 pump of milk. Additional, I asked for caramel iced coffee so it is standard to have 3 pumps of caramel but she made it with 1! When we asked for a little more milk to be added to one of the hot coffee I ordered because it was too dark, the lady added too much and made the coffee absolutely cold! Such bad service! All the ladies who works there just cannot take the right order and make it right! It seems that they do this on purpose so that customers do not return...

I used to love going to this dunkin as it was close to home and they were ways quick. Lately after one of the women left the wait times are aweful. It seems as though they take one order at a time and complete the order before taking the next person. My experience has been through the drive thru. It took 10 minutes to get an iced latte with no one in front of me. Another time I ordered french vanilla coffees the papers said french vanilla yet both were hazelnut. Luckily no one was allergic. I've gone 3 more times to give them a chance and long waits and gross coffee still happen. Today I tried again and it took over 5 minutes and again only one car was in front and was pulling off when I turned the corner. I had to wait for my coffee and juice even though it was near the window because the person was talking. I don't know where management is or if they just don't care. Ordered ahead via app, 1 chocolate frosted donut w rainbow sprinkles, 1 order of hash browns, get to the window they hand me a bag and tell me they’re out of the donut I ordered, so I assumed the bag they gave me had the hash browns, I say they can substitute with a chocolate glazed donut, they had me a second bag with the replacement donut, and I drive off. My daughter tells me they gave her a chocolate frosted donut, ok so they made the decision for me in other words then asked and gave me 2 donuts and no hash browns. Thanks for not getting me anything that I ordered. There’s 10-30 other Dunkin’s on federal road, avoid this one at all costs, every single time my order is wrong and it’s a forever wait and I don’t think I’ve seen the same employee twice, abysmal...
