This is by far the worst Dunkinā Donuts I have ever visited and Iāve been to hundreds from NJ to Maine. Because I am often in the area I give it another chance every couple of months to see if the management has improved and I am consistently disappointed. The wait is ridiculous- itās no wonder they are located next to a funeral home as Iām sure some customers have required their services after waiting for their order. Their stock of items is always low and they are ridiculously unorganized. Case in point, my most recent visit at 10:15am on a Saturday. There was one person on the register and her disposition conveyed clearly that she gave zero craps. I order an ice coffee, a Bagel with cream cheese (toasted) and two glazed doughnut for my son. Number one, they only had one glazed donut. How on earth do you run out of the most popular doughnuts on the menu on a Saturday morning? And this isnāt the first time this has happened here. Next, Iām scanning for cinnamon raisin bagels. Of course, none. Not even an empty bin labeled cinnamon raisin. I donāt think they even made them. So I opted for a different kind (not that there was much choice). So then Iām standing there waiting for my 2nd choice bagel. And waiting. And waiting. Finally, one of the workers comes up to me and asks what Iām waiting for. I told her a bagel with cream cheese. āToasted?ā She asks. Yes. Usually the orders donāt come back right and I canāt tell until I bring them back for my clients. Too much sugar, no sugar - hazelnut surprise you name it, itās happened. Which sucks. Today I go, at 6:05pm and I can barely hear the worker on the speaker in drive through. I tell him, he replies - I barely hear him. I get to the window and Iām already irritated. He gives me the drink and straw, perfect, but when the cashier goes to hand me my change, my car is small and really low, all the change falls off the dollar and hits the ground. Itās rainjng outside... Your worker doesnāt say anything to me, not an āIām sorryā, āshootā, no reaction, no offer of help, whatever. He sees what happens and slowly BACKS UP from the window and lets the slider close. Completely shuts of interaction. I stopped this evening at the drive-thru, gave my order within a minute, then pulled up behind a car. When they left, I pulled up and sat at the window for 10 minutes before anyone came to the window. Nice young man finally came, apologized for the delay, and charged me for my coffee. Then went to make it. Came back to tell me it would be a little longer because he had to brew a new pot. Weāre at about 12 minutes now for one medium coffee. So I offered to park and pick it up inside so the people behind me could go. When I got inside, there were 3 other people waiting, plus 3 cars that were behind me (one of them now honking), and the young man was BY HIMSELF! No other employees to be found, just one very nice young man doing his best to take care of 6 different orders at the same time. Thatās impossible for anyone.
