Good food. Horrible service. Tried to call in a to-go order, no answer. Around the fifth call, someone answered and hung up immediately. I drove to the store to place my to-go order in person and the staff seemed to be having a social party in the kitchen. Once someone finally noticed me I placed my order which came out to be 22$ and change. I handed the girl two 20$ bills as that was all the cash I had and she screamed across the store asking for a supervisor. She then looked at me and said "sorry, we cant deal with cash anymore. Someone has been stealing". I waited about five minutes to get change and couldn't help but feel embarrassed because the people behind me were getting agitated. Got a to go order, spoke with Christine. She’s very good at talking to customers over the phone. She’s friendly, she hears and understands you she’s just good at what she does. Also the time before this one, I spoke with a man and I believe he said he was a new manager? He was very good at understanding and knowing what you want as well. Both of them are very very good. I’m a big time pizza fan and this is the best place around here with the best pizza that is very similar to the type of pizza at my hometown pizza place in Tennessee. Fox's Pizza Den provides delicious pizza despite the pandemics adverse impacts on the service industry. My first time eating Fox's was in Hattiesburg, and I remember the unique blend of seasonings and crunchy crust being consistent draw for me. Fast forward to now and I called in a to-go order (as of 1/6/22 the establishment said to-go only) to satisfy my taste buds. I was NOT disappointed. There were only two people working (from my vantage point), but I was promptly greeted after walking into the establishment with my order being completed within the quoted time frame.
