Trying to pick a favorite Chick-fil-A is like a parent trying to pick a favorite son or daughter but after a year of collectively visiting this store, I can honestly say that this one is at the top of my list. The management has developed a repor with the customers where I've seen everything from knowing the customers by name, to knowing what they are ordering. This includes everyone from construction workers to families. There is no drive thru, but there is an area for online orders. In my opinion, this probably takes away half of the insanity that the staff would otherwise experience. The dining room is always clean, and the food has always been hot and fresh. Has every visit been perfect? No, but part of it was a new employee training in the early days, and any problems I've had with a mistake that might have been made was resolved quickly with either the employee or manager being apologetic and courteous. On the subject of the restrooms being locked, check the bottom of your receipt for the current code. I believe that they've also placed signs in the restaurant that say the same thing. Apparently it seems to be a problem with some of the other reviews I've read, but this isn't the only Chick-fil-A, nor the only business in the area that has locking restrooms. They are there for a reason, and they've helped to keep them nice and clean as they are for the customers. Thanks for a great dining experience whether I've eaten it there or carried...
Read moreI really want to like this new location. It's nice on the inside, very spacious and clean. But the service really leaves something to be desired. I did a takeout order today with two sandwiches, two drinks, and some fries. Only the sandwiches and drinks made it back home with me, because they handed me one bag when they called my name.
Granted, I should have double checked while I was walking away, but I feel like there should be some other check in place for the baggers to confirm that they're handing off everything in the order before calling someone's name?
I'm also guessing the second bag with the soups maybe also had straws in it, because I've never gone home with a drink from this place with a straw as well.
Food is as good as you'd expect from a Chick-fil-A but just super annoying to pay for something and just not get it.
Edit: actually I just bit into my sandwich to realize they got my order wrong. I ordered the chicken club which I expected to have bacon and cheese on it but it's missing those completely. Docking a...
Read moreHoney, I went to this location and was thoroughly disappointed. Chick fil a really needs to get back to its roots. It’s giving very much Zaxbys now. You don’t know what you’re going to get, regarding food AND service.
I have always, sometimes, ordered lunch during breakfast time. I ask for a Cfa sandwich and small fry. The snarky guy at the register goes “sorry we’re on breakfast”. I tell him the universal chick fil a rule of thumb as I’m aware it’ll take ~15 minutes to prepare. This was @10:20am. He said it’s gonna take 10 minutes. No problem.
Then he says actually it probably won’t be until 10:30 when they start to make it, but it’s up to the kitchen. I asked him to ask someone and he said “no, that’s not what we do here. Ever since this location has opened, we don’t serve lunch during breakfast.
I’m just done...
